Chapter 2

Another favorite added to the short list of Tracy approved restaurants. A fine family establishment. The food is consistently delicious. Many dishes to choose from and the menu is the perfect size. I highly suggest you add a cup of soup to whichever dish you order as I've had some of the best soup EVER here. The servers always seem to be cheery as they greet the table with a smile. This place has so much character and good vibes. The owner is always making their rounds to be sure everyone is satisfied. They have a pay it forward board that can get you a discount if you find something that applies to your visit for a nice little treat. The food is always great with a special that gets regularly changed. The beignets are delicious with the chocolate and caramel dipping sauces. A wide range of selections so you shouldn't leave without getting what you wanted. Nice little bar if your looking for drinks to go with all the friendly people that seem to regular this place. If you're looking for a unique spot that will treat you like a part of the family, this is the spot to go.

My first time at Chapter 2 was great! We went on a Friday Night so it was quite busy, took about 30 minutes to get a table. We ordered the Bruschetta as an appetizer & it was amazing! Best I’ve had atleast. Also got the Grilled Chicken Pasta. It was good, not SUPER amazing but it got the job done. My girlfriend got the Philly Cheese Steak and she said that was pretty good. Overall, will definitely be back! Service was great, and the staff are hard-working people.

My family and I were in town for a memorial service and we gathered here for a good meal. We got some absolutely delicious food (some of the best burgers my brothers had ever had), and some absolutely wonderful service from Solomon! We even had the pleasure of seeing Solomon again the next night at his other job, and he was just so friendly and attentive. Be prepared to wait a bit on a busy night, but that just means the food is worth it :)

Great place for the family to meet up and enjoy delicious food served by cheerful and knowledgeable waitstaff. Chapter 2's Classic Burgers smashed our craving for 'good' burgers! And the steak nachos? Mmm, mmm, mmm! We will definitely be back to try more of their culinary delights, like the Chicken Caprese Sandwich!

I looked up the best restaurant in Tracy when I got into town, and Chapter 2 was the highest rated place. And deservedly so!! This place makes me wish I lived in the area, so I can eat there all the time. The menu has a lot of great options and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! The vibe is welcoming and friendly, and I just felt at home. If ever you find yourself in Tracy California, stop in for a bite and thank me later!

Heather was absolutely amazing! Her service was warm, attentive, and she made the whole experience feel special. The food was delicious! Full of flavor, beautifully presented, and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back as a regular customer. Highly recommend!

They had a temp menu because they were short staffed, but don't be dismayed! I had the turmeric coconut salmon and it was among the best fish I've ever eaten. We ordered 3 appetizers and 4 dishes between us and aside from rice being barely undercooked, everything was perfect. Great revolving beer selection and the staff was great at answering questions and bringing samples. I'll definitely return next time I'm in the area.
