Day after Valentine's Day breakfast. Got seated fast and drinks were ordered. Just got a regular breakfast, nothing fancy. Food came out quick and yummy. Generous portions and was full when done. We enjoy dining here, stop in at least once a month.

Went to North East Family Restaurant, in North East, Maryland of course, yesterday to have lunch with a bunch of elderly nurses that I used to work with many years ago when we were all much, much younger. I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars for ambiance, service, and food. This family restaurant is excellent. The restaurant is clean, neat, and laid out in such a way that the tables are not jammed together. It's easy to maneuver to and from the table even if you're disabled. The service was excellent. Our group of 6 had one servers and a busser. We had just as much attention from the staff as we needed. They didn't hover, but they also didn't ignore our needs. The staff people were friendly and efficient. The food was served promptly. They serve breakfast all day. Some of us had breakfast, and some of us had lunch. I had a hamburger steak with fried onions. It was well prepared, juicy, and delicious. The salad, baked potato, and onion rings that came with it were very good. The portions were generous. There's plenty of free parking in their parking lot outside. Parking and restaurant are wheelchair accessible.

If you enjoy the diner style food and vibe then this spot is for you. It has a laid back friendly atmosphere. The menu has a lot of options all at decent prices, especially the kids menu. We went on burger day, so we all had a burger, fries and a cup of soup. It was a lot, definitely filling and I wasn't able to finish all of mine. Our daughters burger was nearly the same size as ours, so one thing they don't do is small portions. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. Meatloaf is amazing! With the gravy and fries... delicious!!

Family oriented, diner style restaurant. Crab cakes were amazing. Grilled Cajun chicken was good. Lots of food for sn affordable price.

We came here for the first time tonight, we liked it a lot. I had a BLT and sweet potato fries. Plus the service was excellent, we met Amanda our server and really liked her, a very nice person. We will be back for sure.

I have this place 4 stars only because the staff was very friendly, the service was very fast, and tons of locals crowded the place. It was definitely the local place to go. The food came so quickly I didn't have time to take off my coat, which told me the food is already prepared, eggs were scrambled, and bacon was slightly warm.. so it was ok. If I were in a hurry, I would go back because it felt like home. The people made it special.

I wanted to try something different and since we were in the area visiting Great Wolf Lodge we decided to try this family restaurant. The food was great. They have a kids menu for the kids. I ordered a cheese steak and fries while my kids had a hot dog and fries while my other child got chicken tenders and fries. All items for the kids meme come before a free scoop of ice cream which they enjoyed. I really enjoyed the fries very crunchy
