Food was awesome!! I ordered the 2 egg omelet and it was huge!! Packed with cheese and cooked perfectly!! My daughter got the French toast and it was crunchy on the outside and very full of cinnamon flavor. BF ordered pancakes and eggs over hard and that was perfect to! Thank you for making our last day in Cape Charles memorable! We will definitely be back our next trip!

A nice hidden breakfast/lunch diner hidden inside a pharmacy. Unique idea of grabbing food or dining in at a place you'd pick up your meds. Food is about diner average but with some items that ive never been disappointed with. Their burgers, chicken salad and egg salads are delicious. Had breakfast a couple times and that was pretty good, but nothing that stood out. Tip: Burgers are made in-house and so are the chicken salad and egg salad. If you're unsure what to order, cant go wrong with these items. Price: Pretty affordable especially when located in a beach/tourist town. If Bobbett is working, she will take care of you. A local favorite and family friendly. Seating: indoor Limited seating. They do have bar seating though. Overall, good and unique place for food.

While heading up to Chincoteague Island we stopped in Cape Charles to have breakfast here at Rayfield's. First I want to say that the prices here are very nice. Especially in today's world. Now for the food... I got the veggie omelette meal. It came with a 3 egg omelette onions mushrooms and tomatoes rye toast and a hash brown, and scrapple. Yes I said scrapple! The family got French toast with sausage and the little guy got a pancake with bacon. The pancake was HUGE! It was the size of the plate and had nice crispy edges. For me it didn't even need syrup. The French Toast looked good. The batter looked like it had cinnamon in it and was golden brown. The sausage was a bit different though coarse grind and split and grilled. It didn't taste like typical breakfast sausage. My meal was very good but the way that the scrapple was cooked threw me off at first. I've only had scrapple pan fried. But this was deep fried so it was a bit greasy. It tasted good though. And the hash brown had a little pool of grease on the plate where it was placed. If you are in the Cape Charles area and are looking for a bite to eat give this place a try. They are open for breakfast and lunch only.

We have been to the pharmacy/store part numerous times but have never tried the fountain until now. The food was good but they were out of ham and hash browns for our visit. Service was good as well. The atmosphere takes you back in time.

The Cape Charles breakfast was awesome...reminds me of the old soda fountains/Pharmacies back in the 60s & 70s. Oh, love me some bobett too!

The owner and his family knows me and my family. We go a ways back. Good people and this place is semi busy. This spot is right on the corner as you’re entering Cape Charles. This spot with the food counter reminds of back in the day when the pharmacy use to be at another location and it also had this same set up. The food is good and service that as well. The pharmacy is accurate, professional, and kind.

Very friendly and cozy restaurant. Service was great. Price points are perfect. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious! Not to mention, the portion sizes are just right and will leave you feeling satisfied. The Eastern Shore Sweet Potato pancakes melt on your mouth and are highly recommended! Be sure to check this place out if visiting Cape Charles!

A real throwback to the drugstore/soda fountain days! The service was great and the food offerings were perfect for the setting. Let's not forget the delicious sour cream donuts and homemade biscuits!
