Fantastic food and I’m so impressed this food trunk has so many authentic Dominican food!!! Pork ear and chicharron are amazing!! I highly recommend.
This is it. If you like pork this is the only spot. I must stop by every single time I’m in the BX. Chicharron is fire always get mojito!
Can't complain at all. Beef Chimi with queso frito was on point, along with the cherry drink I had.

OMG, this food is amazing. I'm new to Dominican cuisine and I'll tell you, that Chimi was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. The perfect blend of shredded meat and savory cabbage, dressed in a delicious, dripping sauce to die for. Straight fire. This is now one of my go to food joints in Bx. Ty so much for the delicious experience.
Very good Dominican fried street food. The ordering is a little crazy but claim your spot on line and dont let any tiguere cut in front of you. I highly recommend the Morcilla (blood sausage) , fried chicken or fried steak with fried plantain. The beef chimi is also a star . Only Spanish tho
The food is delicious. Very close taste to how it is made in dominican Republic. However, their natural juices aren't as cold or fresh in taste. Also the wait for the food is between 20-40min. The food is worth and price is reasonable.
This is a family oriented Chimi truck. , I love the way they work and the food served. One of my favorite things here is the Chimi sandwich with everything as well as the batatas frita with the morir soñando drink... If you get hungry they're open from 6 till 4am I believe...
