I highly recommend "Filipino Teriyaki House" (aka Mila's Kusina). I was born on Guam & raised on Filipino food. I'm so glad I found this place. Their lumpia is very novel, being so tiny. I REALLY love them. Lumpia are made to order so remember to ask for a batch: 25 or 50 rolls. (Excellent for parties!) I really love their thin sliced pork BBQ. Lunch is best because they sometimes run out of items before closing - unless you phone in an order. Very friendly staff. Mila's Kusina is around the corner from Lancaster's High Desert Medical Group so I'll stop by after an apt.
I love coming back to Milas for the pancit! The lumpia is amazing and so is the pork skewers. The pork adobo is elite! I love it.
I've been coming here for over 20 years, this place has always been awesome and the people there are great.
Awesome food. We had not been in before and were unfamiliar with the foods. The cashier explained each of them and provided a few recommendations to start with. Everything we had was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
The lumpia are on point and the dipping sauce is like a sweet and sour with some chili pepper to spice it up. I'll probably get a plate next time I'm in the area.
Great lumpias and skewered chicken with a sweet sauce kinda like teriyaki
Mila’s Kusina in Lancaster is a true gem for authentic Filipino comfort food. I met my Filipina friend, Jane here for breakfast, and it was the perfect introduction to traditional flavors done right. The atmosphere felt welcoming and genuine, like stepping into a neighborhood spot where the food speaks for itself. The longganisa sausage was absolutely delicious—sweet, savory, and packed with flavor. Pairing it with an over-easy egg on a bed of white rice was something new for me, but it worked beautifully. Simple, satisfying, and surprisingly addictive. If you’re looking for real Filipino breakfast made with care, Mila’s Kusina is definitely worth a visit.
Pancit was yummy gave away the BBQ so can’t say but rice could have been better.
