Great restaurant in Angus. Excellent and fast service. The appetizers are really worth it. Good portions and amazing taste. The burrata and the fried calamari were to die for. The salmon tartar is a must try. Loved the decor and ambiance. It'a good for spot for 2 or for big groups.

Great restaurant!! Great food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and has a parking lot! They also have a great kids menu. I had the burger on the brunch menu and it was delicious!! Love that it comes with salad and fries, so you don't have to choose between both...lol The kids had the chicken fingers Abba I was a very generous portion! Will definitely go back!!

Reste great local spot that serves a modern twist on classic dishes. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous. The service was unmatched! Really friendly wait staff, even from those who weren’t assigned to our table. On-site parking is available, which is an added bonus. A great discovery on a random Friday evening!

Simon was our waiter really great experience we’ve wanted to come to this restaurant for a while for some reason didn’t get round to it. Very happy to have gone we started with snails yes not for everyone but certainly very enjoyable comes with a salad. Then l moved on to salmon tartare my partner had beef tartare presentation taste and the whole experience was well worth it. Looking forward to going on a Sunday as they have oysters for $1 which is great love them. Looking forward to going back. The atmosphere and the energy in Labarake in really easy flowing lots of parking as they use the supermarket car park. All in all a great experience.

Excellent place! Service was 5 stars; Helpful, friendly, prompt, funny Food; Tasty! Everything tasted great. My only comment is that the ceviche needed a bit more kick (I am admittedly picky about ceviche) Drinks; a wide selection from the fun and funky to more classic. You can keep it cheap just like you can spend half your whole bill on mezcal margaritas. Overall; I really liked it. I have to admit the bill goes up fast, especially with oysters. I would definitely go again.

My partner and I went for brunch and the food we had was extraordinary. I’ve never had crispy potatoes like the ones they gave us with our food! There are a couple vegetarian options. (There is no English menu so be prepared to translate it yourself or look ahead of time if you don’t speak French.) The fruit was UNREAL it was so good. Our waiter was very attendant and kind! Great first place to visit on a first trip to Montréal

Had supper @ LABARAKE for the first time, loved it! It's a beautiful restaurant. Sat in the terrace. Had the shrimp ceviche to start; very nice, with coriander, lime, red onions and jalapeno. Than had the octopus, with corn and chimichurri, very tender and cooked to perfection! My drink: le Gin-ger, very tasty and refreshing! Loved the service with a smile. Thank u all!

Went here about ten years ago. Didn't impress. Went back recently because someone else chose it. Wasn't expecting much but the food was actually good and satisfying. Prices were fair except for the calamari. $20 for about 6-8 pieces. It was good but very small portion. The service was good also. There's nothing to rave about but it's nice to know there's a good, decent and local place to go to.

Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere surrounded by brick walls and cool lights in an old refurbished rail road cars and locomotives manufacturer dating from 1904. Drinks on point and delicious food! And the service never disappoints, Sarah-Michelle was super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
