The food at Cafe G was honestly impressive from start to finish. Every dish looked appetizing and tasted even better than expected. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the preparation — the ingredients taste fresh, and the flavors are well thought out and balanced. Nothing felt rushed or careless. I really appreciated the variety on the menu. There are great options whether you’re stopping by for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The textures and flavors worked beautifully together, and even simple dishes had something special about them. Everything felt comforting but still elevated. What stood out most to me was the consistency and quality. It’s not just pretty presentation — the taste truly delivers. Cafe G is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone who enjoys flavorful, well-prepared food in a cozy setting. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more from the menu.
A wonderful family owned Georgian restaurant serving truly authentic cuisine. You can feel the love and tradition in every dish and they really put their heart into their food. The atmosphere is very cozy, warm, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The traditional menu is a must try, especially the Acharuli Khachapuri, Khinkali, Harcho, and the Kindzmarauli wine. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. A special highlight is the live piano music on Friday nights starting at 7 PM, which adds a beautiful, elegant touch to the dining experience. They are also considering adding live music on Saturdays, which would be amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for genuine Georgian flavors and heartfelt hospitality.
Cozy interior with lots of greenery and charming details. Beautiful dishes, welcoming staff, and excellent food overall. The lamb chops were incredibly tender and juicy — they just melt in your mouth, though I wish the portion were a bit bigger. The Adjarian khachapuri was delicious — a true classic. The kvari were wonderful too: soft cheese and well-mashed potatoes wrapped in delicate dough — we couldn’t stop eating them. The lemonade tasted like childhood. It was a little chilly inside, but that’s common in New York during the winter.
I had such a great experience at Cafe G, especially when it comes to the food. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really tell that quality ingredients are used in every dish. The menu has a nice variety, so whether you’re in the mood for something light or something more filling, there’s a great option to choose from. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and everything tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. I especially loved how well-balanced the flavors were — nothing felt too heavy or too plain. Even the small details, like the sauces and side dishes, were delicious and complemented the main plates perfectly. Overall, the food at Cafe G exceeded my expectations. It’s definitely a place I would recommend if you’re looking for tasty, well-prepared meals in a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!
What a nice beautiful little authentic Georgia. From the design of the restaurant, to the amazing food and outstanding service. To be honest, every dish we ordered was a delight. My absolute favorite was kupati. Can't wait to come back and try more from the menu. Wine was delicious as well
My friend and I are on the hunt to try new things so we decided try Gregorian food for the first time. I’m so glad we came here. The waitress gave us all the best recommendations as to what to try and everything was so delicious. The staff here is extremely nice as well. They were so caring and attentive. I will be coming back

This place honestly felt like home! The food was absolutely delicious — every bite reminded me of real Georgian flavors. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, but what made it truly special was our waitress — she was full of positive energy! You could tell she really cared. Thank you for making our evening unforgettable Definitely coming back!
I discovered this place by chance, and from the moment I walked in, I was truly impressed. Every detail is created with great taste, and there’s an incredible sense of coziness. There are many Georgian touches that make you smile. The dishes are absolutely delicious, and the staff — especially Gvantsa — is very friendly and attentive. I truly enjoyed spending the evening in this lovely space. Thank you for everything!
This place touched my heart. From the first moment, it felt less like a restaurant and more like stepping into someone’s home — warm, intimate, and full of soul. The food was incredibly delicious, comforting, and deeply authentic, the kind of food that makes you slow down and truly feel present. The atmosphere was pure magic. Cozy lights, gentle energy, and live piano music that felt like it was playing just for you. At moments, it honestly felt like being inside a beautiful, quiet movie — soft, emotional, and unforgettable. The owner is a truly special woman. You can feel her heart in every detail of this café. Nothing here feels random — everything feels loved, intentional, and real. Cafe G is not just a place to eat. It’s a place to feel. And I can’t wait to come back
I had such a wonderful experience at Cafe G! The food is absolutely delicious — authentic Georgian cuisine full of rich flavors and beautifully prepared dishes. Every bite tasted homemade and full of love. What truly made the visit special, though, was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. They were attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. If you’re looking for amazing Georgian food and a warm, inviting atmosphere, Cafe G is definitely the place to go. I can’t wait to come back again!
First time eating Georgian’s food, and I have to say the food is amazing. The food portion was enough for 3 people. Very cozy environment and well clean.
What a nice hidden gem of a restaurant! The food is great and very flavorful. Would highly recommend you try the garlic and cream chicken as well as the meat dumplings (the names escape me right now ). The creamy garlic flavor is very memorable! The staff is very nice and welcoming and will take care of you and answer any questions you have. The decor is also a bit unique and carries a very homey vibe. TL;DR if you're interested in Georgian cuisine please give this place a shot!
I’ve been here a few times already, and I just love it. The place is super cozy, the food is great, and the staff is really nice. Always a good vibe here!

I had such a great experience at Cafe G. From the moment we walked in, it felt cozy and welcoming. Our server, Levan, was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever had at a restaurant. He was kind, friendly, and so quick with everything. You could tell he really cared that we were enjoying our meal. The food was amazing. The khinkali were perfect — full of flavor and super juicy — and the khachapuri was so fresh and cheesy that we couldn’t stop eating it. Everything tasted homemade and comforting, like real Georgian food should. Overall, Cafe G just felt like a place you want to come back to. Great food, great people, and a really warm vibe. We’ll definitely be returning — especially thanks to Levan!
