Misty's food and ice creams are always good. Their Starving Marvin hamburgers I think are the best tasting hamburgers around the area and are available as a double but not on the menu. The owners also make a bunch of different handmade ice cream which are great. They do a great job of helping local high-school and college gals by hiring them. Misty's has been a local popular staple in Wheelersburg for decades.
Son loves their footers and milkshakes. Good fish sandwiches, deep fried pickles, and fountain Pepsi.
I know people like to tout the Portsmouth shake shops but they clearly haven’t been here enough. They have the best shake shop in town, plenty of options for food and really tasty shake foods. Very large variety of ice cream treats. Big fan of their lemon custard; mix it with the marmallow flavor and it tastes like a lemon meringue pie. Think I might have to see if they’re open for the season now.

Best footers in town. They're not fast, so don't expect fast food. Well worth the wait. They have what's called Pirate hour. I think that's what it is. I think it's around 5pm and food is really cheap. I got a foot long chili dog and small strawberry shake for like..$3.50
I'd have to say this is the best dairy bar in the area! My kids and I love their seasonal flavors of ice cream. They have a daily Pirate hour where there are select items on discount. We've only tried a couple of their hot food selections and so far it's been decent. Misty's lunch special is affordable and filling.
Service was okay. Not all smiles and super friendly like I'm used to. Been coming here for years and it's always been high-school girls only that work here. They've always been overly happy and glad to help. This time it felt more like everything else does.. with more of a "hurry up and go away" type of attitude.
Ate here for the first time in years! I tried one of their specials for 6 bucks, I chose the BBQ the food was really fresh and good. My problem was the fact I never received a napkin pack of salt or ketchup! I guess those items are a requested items you can't wipe your mouth or hands.
