Excellent restaurant, wonderful food and great atmosphere. We dine here almost every week. The staff couldn't be more helpful. We would highly recommend.
The food is excellent, I highly recommend the chicken tikka madras, it's the flavour of a tikka but with the heat of a madras. My daughter loves the standard tikka as well. It's not a cheap takeaway at around 11.20 for a basic main course with rice etc extra. But the curry is well worth the cost as a rare treat for someone on a budget. And quite a bit extra as well, I will try and add some takeaway menu pics. Great food with generous portions. I would have given it 5 stars but the look of horror on the face of the chap taking my order every time I decline rice, nan bread or onion bhajis is almost comical, like I'd insulted the family lineage! Yes, I have to be thrifty so I pop into Sainsbury's and get their taste the difference extras at well less than half the price and it's just as good. Having said that, the curries are gorgeous and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Antrim or Ballymena for Indian Cuisine.
First time here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The Royal Khayber Masala was a fantastic dish. Really different.
The three of us each thought that our food tasted amazing. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Portion sizes were generous. Gluten free food was easily obtained. Would definitely go again.
As usual we had a lovely meal here Advised on gluten free options Great atmosphere with lovely staff
Never had a bad meal in the place or a bad take away , the food is excellent and the quality of their ingredients are second to none. When eating in, the restaurant is small enough ( still large enough for birthday parties) so that is intimate . The staff are attentive but never in your face. The bar is fully stocked with good quality beers and, the wines ( I'm told by my partner) are of good quality and reasonably priced.
