We went on Sunday evening for dinner and it was not that busy. Food tasted good but I felt the curry was sweet even though we asked for medium spicy. Makhani dal was too good. Veg cheese rolls were actually spring rolls, nothing that great. Overall, good experience.

This restaurant by Sanjeev Kapoor was always on our list to visit. Finally we visited there for lunch. The staff was very professional and on their feet to serve us at all times. We ordered 2 starters - honey chilli potatoes, and Cheesy Chana Jor Tikki - the taste in both was very fresh and yummy. Our main course was Lalla Mussa dal (dal makhani) which tasted great and Puran Singh da Chariwala Murg ( chicken curry with 15 spices) which had a splendid taste. We had a roti basket along with it to have an assortment of breads for us. The food was great, so was the service. We had a great meal

A Cozy Spot with Big Flavors. This small, cozy restaurant serves recipes crafted by the legendary chef Sanjeev Kapoor himself and the name truly lives up to the food experience. We were a group of four and enjoyed both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. 1.In Non-veg, we started with the Murgh Yakhni Shorba ($10.95) which is perfect for two people. The moment the soup touches your lips, the blend of spices and the richness of chicken pieces create a comforting, flavorful experience. It looked very simple but was so tasty. 2.Next came Puran Singh Da Tariwala Murgh ($19.95) with Garlic Naan which was an absolute delight! Bold, authentic flavors that left us wanting more. Even as I write this, I am still craving it. 3.On the vegetarian side, my friends tried the Lalla Mussa Dal (Dal Makhani - $19.95), Missi Roti, and Kashmiri Dum Aloo. While the dum aloo was just okay, the dal and rotis were delicious and satisfying. We ended with two desserts: 1.Gulab-e-Gulkand ($7.95) and Shahi Tukda ($10.95). The gulab jamun stuffed with gulkand was the star as it was soft, warm, and rich in flavor. 2.The shahi tukda was good but had a slightly burnt aftertaste in its sweet gravy. Overall, a great experience with memorable flavors and cozy vibes. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves rich Indian food with a touch of signature style.

The restaurant vibe was great, and the live music added to the atmosphere. The singer had a great voice. The food was very flavorful and tasted amazing overall. However, the live music was a bit too loud at times. The appetizer also arrived a bit cold and after a long wait we expected it to be served hot, so we had to ask for it to be reheated. Other than that, the taste was excellent.

I recently visited The Yellow Chilli, and the experience was great overall. The food was delicious and full of flavor. every dish was well-prepared and nicely presented. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions, with pleasant music and cozy decor. What really stood out, though, was the service. my server Harry was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything arrived on time. His positive attitude added to the overall dining experience. I’d definitely recommend The Yellow Chilli for anyone looking for good food, great ambiance, and excellent service.

Really liked the food. One of the best in the area for high quality food. chef’s recipe will leave your taste buds in an awe. There is scope of improvement in Service. Given that it is Sanjeev Kapoor’s kitchen, a bit expensive than normal and chef’s name on it, it should have better service and well trained staff. Overall we went there for food and it was good. I hope they keep improving the food quality and only go higher on my list.

Raghvi was our server, and she was very friendly and articulate. We ordered the dynamite paneer and Shaam Savera. The food was definitely an experience, though it wasn’t quite to my taste since I’m not a fan of sweet flavors. The main dish had a strong cardamom note; I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had chosen a different dish.
