Seafood Pizza Surprise in Playa Bella Italia Pizzeria might not scream “seafood paradise” at first glance, but trust me—this pizza was a hidden gem. We tried their seafood pizza and it was unexpectedly amazing. Perfectly baked crust, just the right amount of cheese, and a surprisingly balanced mix of seafood toppings—calamari rings, shrimp, even a few clams, all layered over a flavorful tomato base that didn’t overpower the ocean flavors. Nothing rubbery, nothing fishy—just fresh, well-seasoned bites on a perfect crust. The atmosphere is a bit dark inside—definitely more moody trattoria than beachy hangout—but it works. It felt cozy and local, not touristy, and the staff was kind without hovering. If you’re a seafood lover and open to trying something outside the pepperoni box, this place is a must. It’s the kind of pizza that makes you slow down and savor every bite. We’ll definitely be back.

Every time we go to the beach, my family loves coming to this restaurant. The service is very good, and the place is small, very cozy, simple, and not fancy at all — but they have the best pizzas. The pizzas are super crispy, made with the freshest ingredients, and served hot and fast. The music is pleasant, which makes it easy to have a conversation. The service is excellent, the prices are affordable, and they offer all kinds of sauces, which I really liked. Definitely a place we always come back to.

Just had dinner here at the recommendation of my dad. It was absolutely delicious! I was greeted right away, sat inside with the A/C. At first I was brought the wine menu but I’m not a wine fan so the waiter offered a cocktail recommendation. It was something with cucumber and so tasty and fresh! I had two! For my meal I had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, which was piping hot and so tasty! Even the bread brought to me on the side was so soft and fresh. I will definitely return and tell my friends! Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Sincerely…a happy Canadian :)

Pizza was fine, I ordered the sausage pizza. Since it was delivery it wasn't too hot so it likely would have been better hot and fresh. Went again and ate in the restaurant, they have a indoor area with air conditioning which is a bit hard to find. I got the lasagna which was good, not small and not big either. It did come with some bread. One of the workers was friendly and spoke some English .

Underrated spot imo. No frills. Good attentive service and delicious food. I had the bolognese spaghetti and fiancé had the chicken alfredo. We are gluten-free and it was such a nice treat, as there’s such a scarcity of good italian spots with gluten-free options in playa. Come here if you want good food without the uppity markups of 5ta.

We were here last night. The atmosphere felt great as well as the attendants, super fast and friendly. The food was great!

I been celebrating my birthday here 3 times in a row and I love the food and the service is always super fast.
