Food was absolutely delicious! I tried every appetizer with my party other than the mushrooms and I truly enjoyed each of them. I got the shrimp linguini with no brandy in the sauce & it was phenomenal! I warmed it up for next day left overs and still delicious. The bread sticks are very good as well! Visually, I thought they were overcooked and dry but that was not the case at all. I also ordered a mocktail, cherry lime mojito! It is on the darker side when it comes to lighting so after I ate I was definitely in a food coma and wanted to sleep lol. Also, they’re not greedy with the Parmesan cheese which I love! It’s not an awkward “tell me when to stop” situation while they’re shredding the cheese. They have a large plate with cheese already shredded ready with a spoon! Made a big difference for my experience, honestly

Great service and atmosphere with decently priced food. We really enjoyed the bruschetta. Each slice of bread had a lot on it. The pasta dishes weren’t bad but they weren’t anything memorable. We were mostly disappointed by the cocktail beverages. They did not taste like there was any alcohol. The tiramisu martini tasted like chocolate milk with a hint of cinnamon. The apple cider cocktail tasted like just apple juice. They tasted great but for a cocktail, not worth the price. Service was great despite it being a pretty busy evening. We were able to get a spot with no issues. Overall, food was fine, seasonal drinks were a let down, food decently priced but nothing super memorable.

Went there with a friend for dinner. Our server was outstanding and very helpful. I started out with a glass of Pinot Grigio which was good but not special. Then I ordered an appetizer of toasted ravioli. The server said it was breaded. I never heard of breaded toasted ravioli only ravioli that was toasted in a skillet. It was okay but the sauce for it was fantastic! Got the house salad which was very good and then the manicotti and had it spicy with some additional red pepper flakes. Huge serving! And flavor was very good. Got a glass of the Josh Cabernet that had a little bit of tannin and balanced sweet. My friend got the ravioli that he wasn't too impressed with. I will definitely return.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs which was very good. My wife had a pasta dish which she said was very good. The meal did not come with salad as it was off of the lunch menu. Salad was 4 dollars extra. The waiter was excellent. Very professional. We split a raspberry cheesecake which was to die for. We will return again.

This was my first visit and the food was amazing and our server was amazing! She gave wonderful descriptions of the meals and make a great suggestion for me. I have the chicken parmesan with the fettuccine Alfredo as a side. We also tried the chicken Marsala. We ordered the calamari, it was good. Definitely a hidden gem in Onalaska.

From start to finish, our dinner at Ciatti’s was genuinely outstanding. The moment we sat down, we knew we were in for something special—largely thanks to our server, Katie, who was amazing. She was warm, incredibly attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our whole table was happy. Not only did she check in frequently (without being overbearing), but she also happily accommodated all of our requests—including swapping the meats in our entrees for seafood without hesitation. That level of flexibility and service is rare. We started with the fried ravioli, which was crispy, flavorful, and the perfect start to the meal. For entrees, our group ordered the mostaccioli, fettuccine, capellini, and cashew-crusted salmon—all customized with seafood, and every dish hit the mark. The pasta was rich and comforting, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Dessert was a strong finish—don’t skip it. The raspberry white chocolate cheesecake was indulgent and smooth, while the tiramisu was classic and well-balanced. This place isn’t just about the food (which is excellent); the service makes it memorable. Huge thanks to Katie for making our night so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back.
