Monte Cello's Cranberry

This was my first time eating here as well were just visiting from North Carolina. I wanted to try a new pizza place because pizza sounded amazing that day. I was recommended this spot. From the moment I entered I knew it was going to be amazing. The smell was heavenly and I couldn't wait to sit down and eat some pizza. The food came fast. Everything was perfect from the drinks to the pizza. We ordered the fried zucchini that was perfect and hot. The dinner salad was delicious with the house ranch. The mild wings were hot and delicious. The pizza was fantastic! The crust, the cheese and the sauce were just what I wanted. I'm very picky about pizza but this place knows how to do pizza. I'll recommend this place to anyone and I'll definitely be back when I come up in the future.

The restaurant was very busy but our wait was only about 10 minutes. The waitress was very nice and helpful. We got waited on and drinks fairly quickly. The menu has lots of options and reasonably priced. I ordered a Chicago deep dish pizza. It was fantastic. My husband ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. We were both very happy with our meals and the service. We would recommend this place highly for date night or a family dinner. There is a bar as well for a quick bite and drink if youre nearby.

UPDATE: FYI, Decided to stop here for lunch on my way to Pittsburgh and it appears they are NOT OPEN ON MONDAYS, even though Google Maps says they are. First time back at this place in probably 30+ years. Still looks the same and the traditional pizza is still excellent. I have not tried their other pizza options, but I bet they are good too. Boneless wings were also very good. However, I’d stay away from the gyro, for $5.50 it seemed like a deal, but it was covered in watery Tzatziki sauce and the meat was the kind you get in one of those do it yourself gyro packs at Sam’s Club or Costco. Service the bar area was excellent.

Great food. Reasonable prices. Huge staff. Great service. Laid back atmosphere.

There were 13 of us on a Saturday night. We called ahead of time to make them aware we were coming. For their sake and ours. 6 adults and 7 kids (6 - 12 and above). When we got there, we only had to wait about 15 minutes. They put tables together for us and the service was great. The balloon guy was there making free balloons for the kids. Food was delicious. My husband even said that the buffalo chicken pizza was probably the best pizza he has ever had.

Definitely a place to come for some good home cooking pizzas and pasta. It’s comfortable foods. Nothing fancy, not high end, just your normal good cooking to fill your stomachs. A change from getting fast foods. We enjoy coming here at least once a month. Service always on point and for the price, you just can’t beat it. Enjoy it very much.

I was in Cranberry, PA this weekend & Mote Cello’s was recommended to me. Monte Cello’s is known for their pizza & that’s what I was ordering. This place is very popular, it was packed for a Saturday night. I’m pretty sure this is the spot for the locals when they want a good meal. Your seating options are going to be tables or booths, Luckily I was able to get a table. The servers were awesome. Even though it was a busy & hectic evening, they were pleasant, polite & attentive. I ordered a Thick crust pizza with pepperoni, bacon, mushroom & yellow peppers. The pizza was out relatively quick, it was hot, sliced & ready to eat. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Nice thick crust, lots of sauce, the toppings were fresh & had the perfect amount of cheese on it. I really like the vibe & atmosphere of this place, very family friendly & lots of TV’s so you can enjoy the game here. I also like that that had a guy going table to table making ballon animals for the kids. I really enjoyed my meal & time here, I will definitely be returning in the future to dine here again.

Ive lived in the Cranberry area for 6 years. Ive always received good service and quality whether it be take out, dine in, or delivery. Honestly cant believe ive never left a review before. Food is always delicious and hits the spot every time. Deliveries have always been punctual. My orders have never been wrong. Great local place for some good pizza, wings, and brews.
