This is one golden 5stars, ive been going to Sta.Rosa but idid not know this Jap restau exist! Many Japanese are dining and drinking so you know its really good. Best Jap in the area. Price=serving is 5stars. Fast service. Literally minutes tempura shrimp already served. Drinks like draft beers must try. Dined here twice in a day, really enjoyed the food. Sadly we visited the ramen tonkotsu is already sold out. Ran out of soup base. But, we ordered the seafood ramen and its smooth at great. Not too salty, fresh seafood and veggies. A must try restautant when visiting south/ sta. Rosa before heading to tagaytay.
legit the best japanese restaurant i’ve been to so far. as a half-japanese who grew up eating my mom’s takes on japanese food, ipponyari reminds me of those moments. the atmosphere feels homey to me — the lights are warm, the plates and bowls don’t match, the interior looks like your uncle’s home in the ‘90s. it does get crowded during dinnertime, but their service is quick + the staff are still attentive (and friendly too!). there are LOTS of food options to choose from that i always look forward to trying another dish each time we visit. everything is great. i also love the complimentary appetizers that are always different every day. so glad this resto is near us!
Food is always great! Ramen (egg noodles) has a big serving, we split it in half kasi madami na. It’s tasty but not too oily and salty. Sashimi is always fresh and decent serving for the price. All mochi flavors are yummy! It’s always packed here kaya mejo maingay at minsan matagal ang orders. But it’s how you know the food is really good.
First time trying this Japanese Restaurant and it did not disappoint. We were all so full for a team lunch. The free salad that was first served to us was really good and sweet, we want more so we order some Kani Salad but the taste was not the same, I think it lacks sweetness and maybe a mango would add an extra sweetness for the salad. The Gyudon was served quickly but unluckily we were not able to wait for the tempura and cancelled it since we were almost done. Mochi Matcha Ice cream was not available too but was able to try the Black Sesame Mochi Ice Cream ad it was delicious!!! Thank you, must try
Our favorite Japanese restaurant here in Laguna. Expect long lines of people after office hours. We arrived just before the dinner rush and was seated quickly. Food here is always good. Ordered the salmon sashimi, chashu ramen, grilled salmon set meal, and takoyaki.
This was my first time eating here. It’s dinner time and obviously there’s tons of customers but they have lot of seats inside – we didn’t have to wait in line and the wait for the food is not too long at all just right, maybe about 10-15mins. They have complimentary side dish in sesame oil one bite and I knew i’d be back. We ordered a lot of different foods and all were scrumptious and filling!
Everything here is delicious! It truly tastes like authentic Japanese cuisine, and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. By noon on Sunday, the restaurant was already full, with a long line of people waiting at the entrance.
I never thought I will find an authentic Japanese restaurant in Nuvali. We stumbled upon this place and decided to try it. Great meal at a reasonable price which makes us more excited to go back. The atmosphere was quite nostalgic, it seems like an old japanese home in 2000's. Clean and lots of menu choices.
