Kobe Sushi And Hibachi

Fantastic hibachi experience - we had gone for a birthday, called ahead a half hour early to reserve a spot for 5. We had a party member that needed gluten free and they were very accommodating (gluten free is cooked not on the hibachi griddles out front but with the chefs in the kitchen). Our chef was Michael and if you can ask for him by name then do so!! His energy and expertise was fantastic! We enjoyed all the classic like the onion volcano but also his own additions! If you have a birthday or celebration it's the perfect place.

Considering we’re not near an ocean, the fresh fish was pretty good. My favorite was the Hamachi Kama. They actually had Uni tonight. It just came in so it was pretty fresh. We had a variety of sushi’s & cooked dishes. It’s nice to have a place like this in the area.

The Sashimi salad will be how we start from now on and the Squid salad was great. The Sashimi platter was fantastic and we enjoyed each cut. The tuna, white tuna, and salmon were beautiful cuts. For dessert we the Tempura Cheesecake was recommended and it was fantastic. There are two dining rooms to choose from; restaurant and hibachi grill. The entire place is clean and well taken care of.

I chose this hibachi restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt special. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and welcoming—exactly what you want for a celebration. You could immediately tell this was a place where people come to enjoy themselves, not just eat. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. They acknowledged that it was my birthday, which made the night feel even more memorable without being over-the-top or awkward. Drinks were brought out quickly, refills were never an issue, and everything felt smooth and well-organized even though the restaurant was busy. Now, the hibachi experience itself was incredible. Our chef was absolutely fantastic—funny, engaging, and insanely skilled. He kept everyone at the table entertained the entire time with jokes, fire tricks, and interactive moments that had us laughing nonstop. It wasn’t rushed at all; it felt like a true experience rather than just a performance to get through. You could tell he took pride in what he does. The food was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. The meat was tender and flavorful, the vegetables were fresh and cooked just right, and the fried rice was hands-down some of the best I’ve had. Portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh straight from the grill. Every bite was better than the last. It’s one of those meals where you’re still thinking about it long after you leave. What really stood out to me was how fun and memorable the entire night felt. It wasn’t just dinner—it was an experience. Everyone at our table had a great time, and it felt like the perfect way to celebrate a birthday. The energy in the room, the quality of the food, and the amazing service all came together flawlessly. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, this hibachi restaurant is absolutely it. Amazing food, great entertainment, friendly staff, and an overall unforgettable experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner and will 100% be coming back again. Highly recommend.

Great place for some fresh sushi!! And!! They actually have uni!! (Other sushi places always have it on their menu, but when u ask, they always say they are out. But this place actually has it in on hand!) The hibachi is very delicious as well! Great for family dining, get togethers, and date nights!

Delicious! Waking in I was amazed at how large the area was, both for sushi and for hibachi. The restaurant also looked incredibly clean and had a nice calm atmosphere. They even have a cotton candy machine! We were greeted and seated right away and had our orders taken promptly. The sushi was excellent! The staff we interacted with were also quite friendly. We will be back to try the hibachi!

Absolutely wonderful! The food, the atmosphere and the service were exceptional. The Dumplings and the Crab Ragoons were hot and flavorful. There was so much Shrimp Fried Rice my wife had to take some home. The sushi was fresh and tasted amazing. We will come back sooner than later.
