Nothing beats a cold Sapporo and hibachi! Friendly staff and a skilled chef made this experience amazing. Food was well made and served in style.

Sushi was very good, my wife and I shared the california roll and a crunchy roll, also ordered the shrimp Udon soup. Our appetizer was delicious, the shrimp tempura. If you're ever in mesquite, try this location. I know we will come back for a dinner or maybe a Hibachi experience next time!

First impressions: This place is beautiful! The coy pond and bridge are so cool! What a beautiful water feature! 2 big dining areas! And one is for habatchi dinner service! Very clean atmosphere and kind staff. I got take out and it was absolutely amazing! I got 2 veggie bowls with the veggie sushi rolls and a cucumber salad Best thing I have ate all summer! 10/10 recommend and WE WILL BE BACK FOR HABATCHI DINNER!

The sushi was some of the best we’ve had. Sunny is a phenomenal sushi chef! The fried rice is also very tasty. Highly recommend checking out the sushi bar at Samurai 21!

Delicious food. If you're there for sushi definitely sit at the sushi bar. If you're lucky you'll have Sonny be your sushi chef!! He's amazing!! The only reason for the 4 stars on service and atmosphere is the young ladies they always put at the check in podium. They are always very frazzled and unorganized. Seem very overwhelmed no matter how slow or busy it is. Besides that the place is phenomenal!!

We shared a hibachi meal, which was plenty for two, but the food was ok at best. The chicken was a bit overcooked and the lobster and shrimp didn't have a lot of flavor, even with the half pound of butter used. Our hibachi chef Jose was nice and the service was very attentive. I wasn't at all crazy about them scrubbing the grill in front of us while we were trying to finish our meal. They added a share charge and our light dinner for two wound up over $100 with tip. Not a great value but I get the impression it's slim pickins in Mesquite.

Great tasting food and service. The food arrived quickly fresh and hot. We had the seafood combo, steak with noodles, and spicy tuna roll. The meal came with soup and salad. No complaints whatsoever. Lovely environment with helpful staffing. Definitely recommended and will visit again.

We arrived after a period when there was no good food and only fast food around us. The waiter was kind and informative, recommended excellent dishes to us. The food was served quickly, cleanly, and delicious!!. The food was satisfying and fair in terms of quantity and price. A good experience and we will return here again.
