All the side dishes were great, especially the oyster kimchi was the real highlight Everything tasted super fresh, and you have to try the galbijjim and braised kimchi with pork bones so good! The galbijjim is a bit spicy but it balances the richness perfectly :) Great atmosphere too perfect for bringing your parents :) Next time, I’m getting the galbijjim with noodles and fried rice for sure!
Drove an hour to come here and it did not disappoint! Came at peak lunch time but didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes. Everything we got was very tasty and unlike other places we've had. The stars for our table were the mul nangmyeon and the kalbi jim! Our server was very nice as well and explained everything as best as possible as it was our first time here! Highly recommend stopping by
A gem in Fort Lee that serves delicious Korean food all around. Been here a few times and their side dishes rotate but they’ve always been consistently yummy. Favorites are the gukbap, spicy pork, and the galbi combo. Definitely recommend
I had a wonderful experience at Pyeongandong. The service was attentive and professional, and the staff had a very warm and friendly attitude. The restaurant is clearly very popular, and it’s easy to see why. The drinks were excellent, and every dish we tried was delicious. The rice was especially unique and memorable, and the pancake was absolutely amazing — crispy, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had. The location is very convenient, making it an easy place to visit. I will definitely come back again!
Not only the food is amazing but the server is exceptional! Auntie helped us with cooking, and showed us the best way to enjoy the food. Free refill of the small dishes, the special rice cake is so good!! The beef rib is a must must have! Cold noodle with it is refreshing, and we really enjoyed the oyster seaweed soup!
My favorite Korean restaurant in Fort Lee! All the dishes are so authentic and I also love the side dishes, with mild but flavorful taste. I recommend all the dishes but particularly LA galbi, Sujebi, cold noodles, any fish dishes.
Delicious food! Worth the drive( I am from Brooklyn)! I ordered the short ribs for 2 and we added a fried rice add the end(must try)! Goes well with the source! Plus very friendly service and pretty environment . They also have parking lot downstair!
My favorite Korean place in NJ … I have to come here every single time I’m in Jersey. I think I’ve ordered majority of the menu already, but my favorites are: galbijim with dolchim naengmyeon (the best naengmyeon in the tristate area imho), oyster soup. Everything is good though - the spicy pork ribs, kimchi with beef ribs, etc. The kimchi and side dishes are killer good- they put oyster in a lot of them, the taste is refined and I can tell a lot of care was put in them. The rice is mixed rice with high quality beans. The new location is modern, clean, and classy while still being down to earth and comfortable. Service is top notch and the people that work here are warm and kind.
