My friend and I came here on a Saturday around noon and was full. They, unfortunately, don't allow dogs so we got take out. Their portions are generous, very attentive to all of the side dishes, salt, chili paste, and all that comes with the take out. The ladies working there are so friendly and nice. If you want genuine soulful food to bring you back to life twice as good, go. If you're looking for fancy dining, find elsewhere
This has to be one of my top sullungtang places in k town. Owners are incredibly kind- broth is out of this world their banchan is incredible ! Best bang for your buck and you’ll leave satisfied :)
I love this place. I come here for solo meals. The staff is really friendly and I just love the cozy vibes I get. I order the ox bone soup and I sometimes ask for the purple rice (that’s at no extra cost). The meal is around $20 w tip. I’m glad I found this place randomly the first time I came w a friend!

This is a no frills Korean restaurant. Just great food and reasonable prices. Menu is simple…some stews. Get a few side dishes that are well executed and enjoy with the piping hot bowl of stew.

Hands down the best Sullungtang I’ve ever had! My friend recommended this restaurant highly so I had to check it out while in town from nyc for a work trip. The owners are so welcoming and the restaurant has much a comforting feel to it. The banchan was a great start with super tasty fish cakes and stellar kimchi. The Sullungtang had so much meat and the broth was perfect— I hardly added any of the salt or pepper because of how good it was on its own. I finished every last drop, and definitely took all of my willpower not to lick the bowl haha. Thank you so much to SYTK Sullungtung for the perfect meal. I’ll have to come back to LA for more Side note: also want to thank the girl I spoke to while I was there— she paid for my food and I didn’t realize until after she left, so if you ever see this, that was the sweetest thing and I’ll never forget that! Thank you so much for making this trip even more special!!!!
We love this place. The soup is always good no matter what you get. The Banchan is also delicious~ the server here is amazing and so kind.
