Kinda overpriced, the food was ok but nothing special. I went for brunch and for two people we paid 200 dlls so yeah... basically you pay for the vibes and the location

When I say you all have to come and try this place, you won’t be disappointed, I came to try it out for the first time after a doctor’s appointment and it was great. The atmosphere is friendly and prompt. The food was delicious and of superior quality. My server Roxy was friendly and kind. I came alone and they made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be back with family and friends!

This was our first time at this restaurant. We saw it on TikTok. My wife and I decided to drive down to Mc Allen 4 hours drive when we got there our waiter seen ok I ordered the molcajete imperial but I had them modified from the porterhouse to wagyu steak . There was an increase on the price which I didn’t care . My wife got the arranchera wagyu steak . So while we where waiting my wife and I were already having second thoughts of just paying for what we had consumed and just go next door to the Brazilian steak house but then I told my wife let me just see if they were able to modify my food because the waiter never came back so the manager came by and I told her that we wanted to pay for what we consumed and leave because the waiter was horrible and our food was probably not worth the money or the drive . So she responded, give me a chance to serve you and you won’t be disappointed with the food . please give me the opportunity to give you a great experience. So because of Isela Martínez. We decided to stay and had a great experience our food was amazingly delicious . I would recommend this restaurant and if you have a problem ask for her because you can tell that she loves what she and because of her I will be coming back and try different plates. The concha madre dessert was delicious. I’m not a concha person but this right here was delicious. Thank you isela martinez for making our evening special and the long drive worth it .

I don’t write reviews for a living! But my experience at this place was beyond espectacular!!! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the staff, as soon as we got a table the service kept on a “crescendo”… Maria assisted us with all information of drinks available and made one for us on the spot, absolutely amazing. Bryan, the quality of his service, what a guy, he is all smiles, and always provided answers to all of our questions about the menu, I have not had such a pleasant experience in a long time, the food, the desserts, the service, the place, the ambience, absolutely 10 plus! We had a couple desserts the first night and we went back the next day to have the menudo and the Cabrito, both absolutely fantastic, maybe the “riñonada” went a couple extra minutes in the oven, but the seasoning and taste was beautiful! We are coming back for more 100 % and maybe one of those days we get lucky to say HI to Antonio, who I follow on his videos! Come and have a good time, and spoil your taste buds with all the menu choices available!

Been wanting to try this place for the longest time, decided to take my mom for Mother’s Day, the setting outside and inside was beautiful.! All plates were flavorful. The pasta was creamy! The steak was bland and seasoned perfectly! The chicharrones de rib eye were also delicious. Planning to go again for brunch. Our waitress was very attentive, I recommend this place.

I love this place. The food is flavorful and filling. Our waiter (Bryant) was attentive and helpful in all of our requests. I came here for my birthday, and the whole vibe was cute and nice.

One of the best spots in the RGV! Great ambiance. Their berry gin was delicious. Prepared in front of you with 3 types of fresh berries. Food was good too. Just wish they had better parking and less birthdays

Every item brought to our table was well crafted. From the refreshing cucumber mimosa, the sauces each have the in house taste, the main dishes surpassed what we expect when we order this item anywhere else. Highly recommend a stop by to be served great food in a matching environment. Thank you Casa Madre.
