Quite a busy place when we came in! Due to being busy it seemed a bit understaffed as only one server. Server was very attentive and did his best 100 percent. Very friendly! The food was delicious and large portions. Margarita was yummy but seemed a little weak as far as alcohol concentration. We’re not from area so wouldn’t go out of our way to come back, but if in area would definitely try again!

Not a bad little place for a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. We came into town late on a Sunday evening and it was one of the few restaurants still open. Service was fast and the place is very clean. Drinks were pretty weak, that's about my only complaint, good place to eat!
We had such a great experience. Our waitress was very nice and extremely attentive, without hovering over us. Then, I just can't say enough about the food! It was truly delicious. Freshly made right there. Plenty to eat and very reasonable.

Excellent Chori Pollo, full of flavor and smothered with awesome cheese sauce. Excellent service as well.
Sunday lunch. Not too crowded. Extensive menu and food was freshly prepared and service was quick. Dining area is clean and comfortable and music was at low volume. Small American food offerings too and kids menu.
Tried Cuautla Jalisco Family restaurant in cresco Iowa for the first time today. My husband had the fajitas and I had the filete de pescada. My pescado was very good but my husband ordered his without peppers and it came with them. He said it was still very good. Our waiter was very nice. If you go in on a Monday you can get a dollar off of their in-house margaritas after 2:00.
