Restaurante Diana offers a truly elegant dining experience inside the St. Regis. The views of the Angel of Independence and Paseo de la Reforma are stunning. The food is high-quality and beautifully presented, complemented by the impeccable service. It's a perfect choice for a special occasion.
I absolutely loved this restaurant, the service is phenomenal, our waiter was bowing at us and he always made sure all of us were taken care of. The food presentation was fantastic, great flavors, no complaints. The restaurant is beautiful and has spectacular views! This is a fine dining restaurant, don't expect to find good deals for food. Portions are ok, but the whole feeling is fine dining. My only suggestion is to have a more qualified hostess, she wasn't as welcoming as I would of like. But overall, great restaurant!!
We went to have breakfast at this restaurant on Saturday (02/01/2025, first impression; very elegant a very warm welcoming by the host, after looking around we decided to have the buffet instead of à la carte. The buffet was extensive and very nice, you get one main dish from a special menu. I decided the eggs Benedict, my companion and egg dish. You will see in the picture that they look pretty good, when I cut into them , the egg whites were still raw and running and watery, they didn't strain them properly, the Hollandaise sauce was tasteless and too thick, a place with this quality cuisine could not have made this, I thought, but I did not complain, maybe I should have. The service was very nice and attentive. The price is high as I expected it to be, but I was expecting better food. I regret to say that I do not recommend it. A waiter recommended the Sunday buffet and described it to be delicious, so we went on Sunday to see for our selves, I asked the hosts if we could have a look, she said they were seating some people first, so I sat down and waited, after they sat down the three parties they had there they just were taking to themselves( three hosts) and never bother to show me the buffet, again they were not busy at all, I just left. Disappointing, will not recommend
Diana - St Regis has the best Sunday Brunch! This was our fifth time and we loved it. Great service, food, ambiance, and staff make it amazing. Highly recommend for a relaxed brunch with bottomless Veuve Clicquot and Mexican-style sangria. Special thanks to Diego (server), Omar (supervisor), Jacobo (server), Charlie (aguachile station), Juan (server), Aranza (Housekeeping), who helped me find available restrooms, and Gabriela (host).
Diana’s restaurant is located on the third (3rd) floor of the St. Regis hotel in the Cuauhtémoc district in CDMX .The restaurant’s layout enables interior dining and patio dining capabilities. The staff is amazing and attentive , providing each guest with the right amount of attention. The ambiance is superb and most especially, are the exquisite menu options. The chef’s tasteful designs and masterful configuration of artisan culinary brilliance makes one’s palate appreciate and savor food in a different breadth. I cannot wait to try more food from the menu when I return to CDMX. Excellent dining experience.
We were looking for a restaurant and Diana’s came up as a suggestion with great reviews. To our surprise, it was located at The St. Regis hotel and had a pretty fancy ambiance. Even though we felt somewhat underdressed, we were greeted warmly and the service was top-notch. I ordered a club sandwich, which tastes better that in the picture I posted here. My son had fish and chips, while my younger son wanted mac and cheese, which wasn’t on the menu. Impressively, the kitchen made it for him as a special order. My wife enjoyed a fresh salad and the Patron chicken, both of which she found delicious. All in all, it was a fantastic dining experience. We didn’t review the price range before visiting, so we were a tad bit surprised that it cost us about $150US for a family of four in Mexico City. However, considering the quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the overall experience, it was worth every penny.
