Magical sunset dinner. We always visit El Dorado towards the end of our visits to PV for a last sunset dinner. Yes it's a little expensive but you're eating dinner on the beach looking at one of the best sunsets in the world. I don't mind paying a premium for that. Our margaritas were good, as was the service. We typically share the mussels as a starter and this time I tried the crab enchiladas as a main course which I enjoyed. It was presented beautifully too. It was served on a hot plate too. Other restaurants in PV could learn from that. We shall return.

Beautiful restaurant with an amazing location. We had dinner on the sand, on a magical full moon. The food is creative, definitely a modern take on coastal Mexican food. All flavors were on point, fresh, and unique to traditional Mexican cuisine. Staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. This is a place I highly recommend for a nice dinner out, or a romantic evening. Recommended to make reservations for dinner service on the beach.

Great food, beautiful location right on playa de los muertos. Definitely worth coming by and eating during sunset. Great and friendly servers. Good cocktails too!

Overall an attractive restaurant with a pleasant ambience. Unfortunately it is VERY expensive even by Los Angeles standards. US$17.50 (MX$315) for a margarita is a bit much for PV! While the service was very good, ALL of our food was pretty bland. I started with the fig salad and followed with the catch of the day (Mahi mahi) which was sauteed with grilled vegetables and served on a bed of mashed potatoes that I'm pretty sure were made from a box. The fish was cooked nicely but was very bland. The salad was ok but not particularly memorable. My wife had the crab cake appetizer followed by scallops for the entre. The crab cakes were both bland and salty as were the scallops. We finished with flan for dessert and it was good. Given the price (it was the most expensive meal we had in PV for the week and we ate at adjacent La Palapa and Si Senior beach front restaurants for notably lower cost earlier in the week.

Been here several times while on various vacations including cruises and resort stays and this place has never disappointed. The food is great, the service is outstanding, and the drinks are fantastic. The service has been a little slow occasionally due to amount of customers but never disappoints and they always keep you informed about your order. Don’t hesitate to come here if you get the chance.
