Woweeee what the haiil. Love it! Very diverse menu. Out of this world deliciousness. They aren't super knowledgeable about gluten allergies but explained that you can make pretty much anything on the menu "natural" (not breaded & fried). I got the Palomino Roll, natural. I should have ordered TWO! Next level.
Highly recommend yet remember to pre order. They took them 15 minutes to get my order ready. Once I got my order I was very happy with it, it comes with two sauces the soy sauce and some sort of chipotle sauce. I attached picture of my order along with the info require to pre order. Will highly recommend.
Was driving by and saw the "getsu-ko sushi" mobile kitchen this afternoon(3PM). I must say, being from Iowa, this Mexican sushi concept is FOR REAL!! lol. I simply picked up a California Roll. It's definitely worth a stop...
Authentic Mexican Sushi. If you haven't tried it, this is the place to start. The have combo meals with sushi + yakimeshi + boneless wings for $12. This is a picture of a combo of getsuko yakimeshi and a delidelphia roll. Another great addition to our Tucson Food culture.
The sushi rolls were very good and pretty well priced for how big they were I was pretty surprised. But they are on the long time waiting. That's the reason for the four stars I had to wait a little bit over 20 minutes it ended up being like 35 minutes waiting for take out. So next time I definitely order ahead. But I noticed even those that did order I had they were still waiting sometime . Other than that really nice staff definitely recommend to give them a try if you want to try some Mexican style sushi
The sushi is fresh and the taste is very good. I highly recommend you won't be disappointed.
This Sushi Stand Is Great! I Always Order " Greñas " it's Fried Sushi & It's Delicious!!! I Highly Recommend & Also Call Their Mobile Number To Place Your Order Ahead Most Likely It Will Be From 25 Minutes - 30 Minutes To 60 Minutes The Most Is For The Wait After You Place Your Order, I Always Call Ahead & there Always Right On Time! Charlie & I wanted something different, quick & close to home. We stopped at Getsu-ko for something new. Though our meals took longer than expected,,, we got the unexpected. Our food was delicious! Everything was fresh! The presentation made it that much better and was so, worth the wait.
