One of my preferred taco trucks. Bummed out they ran out of chicken for my burrito but got the pastor and it was pretty good. Gorditas are good as well. Usually there is a bit of wait, but I was lucky no one was there this visit...but that usually is a good thing when you go to a food place and there is a wait because of customers. It usually means the food is good.

Listen, I have no connection to the lady cook, but when she talk to me I feel like I’m talking to my own tia, you can tell she cooks with love, like your own tia would cook for you, or your mother. I’ve had almost every taco in Stockton, these are really the best. From her burritos to her tacos and gorditas 5 stars all the way. What she does cannot be thought to any cook, her attention to detail and amount of love she puts in her food is unmatched honestly and it’s something you either got or don’t. She just has that touch. And I never anyone touch the food/grill but her.

Best gordita around and fair priced plus their really nice an friendly even if u dont speak spanish. Their clean too u can see right inside everything they cook on an cook with is right there n its clean..

Delicious! Estillo-Mexicano for sure. Their chicharron gorditas are on point. Closest I have had, that compares, to my mommas cooking! The little accrutiments (cabbage and radishes), the just-right-amount of crema (mexican-style French creme-fraiche), and their salsa picosa—bomb! /
