Jalisco Mexican Restaurant Atmore

We rolled in 25 people deep last night, 05/20 (we had a reservation and paid for the party room prior) because it was Kindergarten graduation for 2 of our Littles & had a lot of family and friends in attendance. With that said, service was very very slow. Taking all factors into consideration, they knew we were coming and they knew it was graduation night. Some things they may not have anticipated is how busy the rest of the restaurant was going to be because that place was packed! To no fault of their own because the staff were all busting their butts, we were there for a fairly long time. Even so, the food was phenomenal. I didn't hear one person complain about anything that was ordered including the salsa, cheese dip and all entres. I absolutely would recommend this place and it'll be my regular spot when I'm visiting family. Only lost a star because anticipating it was going to be a very busy night, I feel like management should have staffed a little bit better, providing quicker service for patrons as well as less of a strain on their team.

Great food, great service. Visited some family for a birthday lunch there. Would eat there again.

My go to Mexican restaurant in the area; good food and friendly staff. Portions are quite generous for the price, usually you can take home enough for a second meal.

Food and service was great ! Too quiet though. They had music, maybe a radio, just turned way down up front. It would be nice to have nice music you can hear while you're eating and hanging out eating chips and salsa ( In my opinion). The decor was very nice.

First time in and will give you honest opinion. Loved my dinner selection, which was the Camaron Al Mojo De Ajo! I really like the beautiful Mexican paintings/artwork on the tables and chairs. Why do Mexican restaurants in AL label queso as cheese dip..everywhere else it’s just queso? Anyway their cheese dip is superior to other places in a 60 mile radius! I prefer spicy salsa and theirs is more on the bland side. I'd recommend playing some music in the background.

I have been coming to this fabulous restaurant since I was a child. It's the best place in this town for Mexican food!! I love their lunch specials and the drinks are really good!

Delicious chicken quesadilla and always get the cheese dip. They are always happy to make it a special order. Anyway you like it. Always delicious.

Server was great .. Margarita and food was great.. The decor in that place was amazing
