My family is absolutely obsessed with Mexican food so we tend to be highly critical of the cuisine. The only critique is it echoes a lot, so be ready if there are any loud patrons but the waitress was a rockstar & made sure we were well taken care of. They start you with some amazing pico & we liked that so much we ordered some queso, which my kids devoured before I could get a second chip. Then the food came & we were hooked with it all cooked to perfection. It's like everyone's favorite Abuela was cooking in the kitchen. Definitely going back again.

Delicious food and friendly staff. This is our go-to Mexican restaurant. The do have vegetarian options which is great for my fiance. Food is usually ready pretty fast, usually within 10 minutes. If they're busy it can take a little longer. As much as we like their food, I'm not a huge fan of their chips and salsa. But that's pretty much the only negative thing I can say.

Mexican closer to the authentic side then the taco bell side. Loved the Agua fresca and chilies Rellenos. I would recommend to someone wanting good Mexican food.

Excellent traditional Mexican food... pleasantly surprised and friendliest staff ever!! Free salsa and chips are a delicious part of the meal - it is hot though! Also, be sure to bring cash!!! It is cash only (even though there are no signs at the doorway), there is an ATM machine for convenience, but charges $2.50. Go for the combo!! Only complaint, they never came to refill drinks.. everything else was too good to knock off any stars though!

First spotted this one time I was across the street getting ice cream last fall, making a mental note to come back. This weekend I came here after it was suggested without hesitation when I asked someone local for their favorite Mexican food in the area. I had the Burrito Suizo with chorizo and a steak taco. Excellent service and I was warned ahead of time about the cash only and that they had an ATM. Will definitely be back when visiting my kid at Augustana.

Excellent veggie burrito with no cheese on request. A+fresh pico de galo and chips. Great service. Excellent value.

Staff: the staff is always on it. They keep our drinks full and are always kind. They always make sure our drinks are refilled before they are empty. Building: building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are easy to find for kids and always cleans. Food: is always reasonably priced and portions are good size. Great lunch menu. Chips and salsa are provided and the salad is authentic. The quest is amazing. Anything on the menu is worth a try. Parking: plenty of parking. Star rating: 5 stars because the staff is great, building is taken care of, and the food is amazing. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. Cash only place with an ATM on site.
