Good food but the experience left so much disappointment. The service was slow, my whole family had already eaten when my food barely arrived. The people were nice but so inefficient
Forgot to take pictures of the food but it’s really good. Just be careful because food portions are BIG. The menu has a warning but I thought I was going to be ok and ended eating too much. The service was very slow but the quality of the food was amazing.
We spent a few days in Merida and discovered this quirky unassuming restaurant. Perfect if you are looking for something different and very laid back. On our way now to Guatemala where we work with Mayan artists and artisans.. GuateMaya Art and Culture Connection.
Delicious horchata drinks Turkey torta and panuchos taste very good, nice place and staff. No credit cards accepted.
What a wonderful and magical place. Delicious ancestral food. The atmosphere is absolutely traditional. You should taste the Chaya's water. Delicious
It's an authentic place, nothing fancy, but the real Yucatecan food experience, local, good portions and taste. Panuchos and Salbutes are awesome
I absolutely love this restaurant. Everything in the menu is amazing and very tasty. Their Chaya drink is my favorite. I order the Tamal and be careful is as big as your head enough for two people.
Excellent authentic yucatecan food. Be aware that the portions are larger than other places. Definitely a place to visit while you're in Merida.
