Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant

The super fun place has custom-made chairs around all the tables. The red plastic drink cups make me think back to the '80s, and the food as an authentic feel to it. It really enjoyed eating here.

Walked in and were sat immediately. Place was decorated and full of people on a saturday night. Tvs available for watching sports entertainment. We sat in the non smoking section. Chips and salsas were brought to the table. Both red and green. Neither were spicy. They don't have Aguas frecas which was a little disappointing for a Mexican restaurant. Our server brought us water and coke. We ordered enchiladas pablanos and a chimichanga. Plates came out hot and huge. Both dishes were delicious. We had to get a to go box. The servers also speak Spanish which was very nice and convenient for me.

Definitely a hole in the wall. Loved how welcoming it is when you walk in. They served a good amount of chips, salsa and queso! Portions on the plate were plentiful and a great amount. Had several people check in on our table. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants real, authentic Mexican food. The one down side is that they play country music ~ for me that was different. Overall a great restaurant!

Great service and great food. This is my go to spot when I drive through Somerville, TX. In fact, I usually visit on the way in and on the way out. Enchiladas, fajitas, burritos, chimichangas, tacos, all wonderful choices. But, make sure you do not pass up on the margarita on the rocks... phenomenal!

So I was out and about this evening and thought..."I want some some good Mexican food". I've been meaning to go to this place since I moved to the area. I came in about an hour before closing, there was a decent crowd in here. The atmosphere was bright, colorful, and very very clean! I ordered a jumbo house margarita on the rocks and enjoyed some chips and salsa while I waited for my waiter to take my order. I order the Enchiladas Verdes with beef. It came out piping hot about 12 minutes after I ordered it. The green sauce that came with it was amazing. They also put fresh avocado on top which was super tasty. Needless to say, I inhaled the food. I ordered a small house margarita to finish out the evening. The server was polite and very helpful. I'll definitely be back! Keep up the great work yall!

Any trip to the area requires a visit to LaFuente. Our friends and family always look forward to our visits here. We LOVE the Top Shelf Margs by the pitcher and the food is consistent and delicious. A bonus is the friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and savor. (Poetry)

I went here with my family for lunch. Everything we had was delicious. I got the full order of stuffed jalapenos 2 with chicken and 2 with beef fajita. They were all good but the beef was superior. The appetizer was bacon free and the stuffed jalapenos were enormous. I also got the jumbo strawberry margarita which was on special for $7. It was well worth the money and difficult to finish even sharing with my mother Tldr; Good food, good drinks 10/10 would recommend

They took care of a party of 24 for us. The food was good. A couple of people said their dish was not. They lost track of who had what at the register and made one couple pay for some drinks that they didn't have.
