The look of this restaurant is incredible, as well as the service. The food was good. I felt it could improve a little. In my opinion, I felt that my chilaquiles had very flavorful sauces but the tortillas where stale. Nevertheless, the presentation looks really nice. The portion is a lot which is really good if you are hungry. There is valet required when you arrive. Over all enjoyable experience.
Food was very delicious, dining room was exceptionally clean with quick service. Definitely a must visit restaurant.
Beautiful place. So clean, great atmosphere and overall good food.
One of my favorite traditional Mexican restaurants with a hugeee menu! You have to try the “Chilaquiles de la Sierra!” They are spectacular! Flavorful, creamy, and so delicioius, they are not spicy at all, also my kids favorite. They come with some beans and you can add egg or any protein you want, if you get enchiladas, you can also get them with the sauce and the “ Gordita’s de chicharrón are also super super good! If you get coffee, just watch out if you ask for machine coffee it is very very strong and can leave you jittery all day, I recomend refill coffee!
Excellent place to enjoy a great breakfast or lunch. The food has a great flavor it is served with the right temperatures. If you are a coffee lover I really recommend you to try it! The sweet bread with nata is awesome and the corn bread is so moist and flavorful. Chilaquiles are great, they are served at your table hot but you can still feel when the tortilla chip crunch in your mouth. Los Chilaquiles Restaurant has a familiar atmosphere, and a beautiful outdoor place to eat if you feel like you want to enjoy the beautifull Guadalajara weather. Inside there is a space for the little ones to play while you still enjoy your food. In general I recommend Los Chilaquiles Restaurant for all the reasons I mentioned.
There are quite a few options for food and beverages, the portions are good mostly the ones for sharing. So far the food has been good and tasty, spicy enough to have flavor but not too spicy too ruin your palates. I really enjoyed the mazapan water and the panela. The service needs to improve, or at least the waiter we got needstoimprove, as we had to call other waiters to get some complementary items on our order or solve our questions regarding the menu. There is a small section where kids can play, so it is good for families, but if you want to avoid the noise, ask for a table outside. In general, the cost vs benefit it is good, nice place to have a decent meal and drinks.
Great restaurant for breakfast. They have several different chilaquiles dishes and they all looked delicious. I ordered some with 3 different salsas and came with a side of beans, topped with a piece of queso panela and avocado. Asked for a spicier sauce on the side and the cook made me one with chile habanero and it was delicious. My wife ordered some sunny side up eggs with a mole sauce and it was finger licking good. The coffee was made in a traditional Mexican clay pot and had a great flavor. Would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go back to try a different dish.
