We use our special recipe to cook tender strips of marinated chicken breast or beef skirt steak served with sautéed onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and garnished with lettuce, guacamole sour cream, pico de gallo, corn or flour tortillas, with refried beans and Mexican rice.

Machaca Ranchera

Dried beef cooked with onions, jalapeños and tomatoes combined with scrambled eggs. Accompanied with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas.
