Stopped on our way home from the beach and OMG, that really hit the spot! As soon as we come in the staff greets you with a huge smile. Our waitter was great, very polite and not overly asking every 5 mins if we needed something, I loved that. Ordenamos la papa, flautas y orden de tacos, y todo estaba delicioso!! un sabor de las calles de Mexico.
Juan provided exceptional service. As our cousin Alma aptly stated, "You can't find tacos like these anywhere else," and she was absolutely correct. Juan, our server, was accommodating, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, especially considering we were visiting from Houston to see family. He graciously offered us samples of various protein selections, personally recommending each. The food exceeded our expectations; every dish was prepared to perfection. The restaurant's location is unassuming, a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and highly recommend it. If you are in Los Fresnos, TX, this is the place to go for outstanding tacos. The cuisine is authentic, and the service is remarkably welcoming. Be sure to order a refreshing and delicious glass of their freshly made Lemon-Lime Lemonade. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a delightful meal.
Really great food, really cool people. Tacos were a bit on the small side but they're a great value. The jicama tacos are amazing!
Honestly I've eaten tacos in all of brownsville, but these are the best imo, great salsa, great family environment..... If I could give it 10 I would!!!!!
The tacos are amazing! The tampiqueña and barbacoa tacos are fire. Usually prefer flour tortillas but there is something about the corn tortillas here that can't be passed up. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Coworker told me I had to stop and eat at this place before heading to SPI. I might have to kneel and give the 956 their flowers, some of the best food I had in a long time. Ordered mini tacos de bistek, tripa, al pastor, and lengua topped with everything. Slapped!!! Devoured a deshebrada taco later at the beach. Stop by before or after the beach.
