Honestly, I have driven by here often - it doesn't look like it's roomy inside, from the outside. I decided to go with a friend today and it was wonderful! I was impressed with the staff, the decor, and the food was super. They give you a lot for the money. Had a margarita, too, which was so yummy. I will definately be back.
The reviews were so good that I had to stop by while traveling — and it truly lived up to the hype. This place is the real awesome! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious — from the tacos and fajitas to the nachos and horchata. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The staff were super friendly, the place was clean, and the decor and music made me feel like I was actually in Mexico. Highly recommended!
Our GO-TO spot for authentic Mexican food. Easily a 10 out of 10 every time. You will leave full and happy, and trust me - get the birria tacos with consume to dip them in, you will NOT regret it! If you can't tell by the photos, I get them every time haha. You will not be upset with coming here.
My sister recommended this restaurant and I have raved about it since we ate there. Located with a non-descript strip of other stores, the vibrant colors of the restaurant stand out. Our service was quick, and our meals were absolutely delicious. From the well-made margarita to our perfectly presented and well-seasoned chimichangas, with sides of rice, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, and a small salad ...... this was an outstanding meal. The value for the price (I think about $17 each) makes dining here affordable. The chips, salsa, and extra guac were delicious too. Our server was attentive, and our meals came quickly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Mexican food!
This place is ALWAYS packed. I got Chicken Tamales for lunch and they were so good. Seasoned perfect. Hint of heat. Chicken wasn't dry. Everything I wanted. Can't wait to come for dinner and order more. I did take out today.
Taco Salad, fun looking, messy meal. Was told by my boss and a few coworkers that this was "the place" to get a taco, but I'm not a huge taco fan so I went with a close relative, the taco salad. It's like a taco, just really big. Ordered over the phone, this line is not great as they kept cutting out, but I was able to get everything I needed through. Went with the Taco Salad and the Chips with Queso, total coming to just over $24, not a bad deal at all. Pick up was simple, though very business, I was hardly putting my signature down on the receipt when the receptionist returned to browsing her phone. Was kind of let down since she greeted me so warmly, but clearly it's just business. Back home I dug into everything and, at first, was very impressed. The salad was super meaty with refreshing bits of vegetable and guacamole, and the chips were salted nicely pairing super well with the slightly spicy queso. I say at first, because I found the shell of the taco salad to be sort of just a gimmick, as it was annoying to eat, makes a mess when you break it apart, and had no flavor to speak of itself. The salad also had too much meat and not enough veg, I went with Carnitas but man, I wish I had gone with chicken by the end. The chips after I had a few more started to reveal a burnt flavor, likely from the oil, either being fried too long or the oil in the fryer was old. Queso remained strong, but not strong enough to overcome the burnt chip flavor. Overall, good price, on-off service, and ok food quality.
I ordered take out so I can't rate the entire dining experience. The food was very good. Shown on order Chicken Chimichanga, Chicken Tostido and Taco Salad
If you’re looking for great authentic Mexican food this is a must try. My wife and I go there when we are craving Mexican. This last time she had the ground beef tacos and I had two tostadas. One chicken and one al pastore pork which is marinated with pineapple. Absolutely delicious. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is clean. You will always be served homage chips and salsa to start. They also have real Mexican coke and sprite and you can tell the difference. Must get the churros if you’re looking for something sweet, by far the best around. They also offer all types of products you can pick up to go home like candy, spices and authentic Mexican products. Try it out you won’t be disappointed.
