Good, basic food at fair price. Often quite busy with a bit of a wait but a comfortable place to rest and recover from the city cente. Friendly staff.
We love VIPS and a visit to CDMX can't be complete without having a meal there. This location is steps from El Zócalo and extremely busy. We had breakfast one day and lunch another time. They have the most amazing pancakes, the aroma as they bring them to the table is undescribable. Once you taste them you'll never forget the quality of the flavor. It's intoxicating. The coffee was delicious and I had a Cappuccino. For lunch the service was very slow, but we were so tired that it worked to our benefit. Their Tortilla Soup is delicious and very filling. It's the place to go any time you spot the sign in CDMX. No disappointments here.
Not bad, food was good and service was quick considering it was a very busy rainy Saturday evening. The staff were doing their best to accommodate everyone.
In particular, in this ViIPS, the service was slow and the food came a little cold. I found better branches such as Miguel Angel de Quevedo or Universidad.
Excelent! The only thing is that They have no beer but the food is delicious and good portions
The food was ok but the waitress was not so happy . I ask for grapefruit and I got orange juice.
Good food selection but the service was a little bit slow. It is a western-like restaurant. Clean, neat and orderly. The sodas are a bit expensive. The diet coke I had was almost the same price of the food I ordered.
This is a typical dinner it doesn't stand out from any other VIPS. The food is a bit pricey but they usually have decent discount. In peak hours the service is very slow. I had to wait half an hour just to get some enchiladas, and then it turns out they ran out of bread. I'm only giving 4 stars cause the enchiladas are always good.
Great food and the place was very clean and well lit. The service was great but once they delivered our order the waitress never came back to check up on us or offer refills. We had to call her over every time.
Had chilaquiles here for brunch on Christmas Day. The food was decent and service was generally good (although our server only knew Spanish, which led to some sign language communication). It's a decently large restaurant, so even when it's busy, things can move along fairly fast.
Very clean, customer service was a little slow, but the waiter had many tables so it was understandable. Food was cooked fresh and was very delicious. They have specials so ask for their specials.
Tasty Mexican food and perfect place for breakfast. We had the tortilla soup and was surreal. Tacos also very good. Great service and good prices
The food is good, but the service sometimes is not. The waitresses are a bit rude. If they change that I'll give them 5 stars.
