Come and eat some simple / good Mexican food. Service is on point 90% of the time. Food prep 90% as well. Medium well does not always show up correctly, nore does scrambled SOFT.. Still good eats
Been here many times. Great food every time I go. Love the menudo and the pork chop plate . Tacos are amazing as well. Drive through is a hit and miss .
As regards the breakfast taquito: delicious homemade flour and corn tortillas of generous size and tasty fillings (egg… a la Mexicana… or with… bean or bacon or sausage or nopal, etc.) are the hallmarks of Santa Rosita. To boot, here will you find decent coffee, authentic beans, and ATTENTIVE service! My only beef is with the acoustics inside….the tile floor (which is attractive and clean, mind you) does make for a loud ambience. I LOVED the windows, which wrap around and give a natural light and elegance to the place. Thank you to the staff for all wearing masks. I highly recommend, and, if you’re in a hurry, the drive through looks great! Another amazing gem of a Mexican restaurant staffed with kind people in CC!!
Great tacos and enchiladas. The chips and salsa were pretty good.
What a great place to have a darn fine meal. The prices are decent and the service is excellent. If you go for breakfast, don't forget to get some of that coffee!
I went thru the drive-thru for a couple of tacos. Carne guisada and chicken fajita. The chicken fajita was one of the best I've had in CC in a while. Hot sauces are very tasty.
Great customer service and the food was filling, delicious and great value! Def plan to visit again during our stay in Corpus Christi.
Food was pretty good, had the Texas plate. But service had a major problem. Every other table was marked "UNUSABLE" to maintain social distancing, which is good, but every usable was either full or dirty. Servers were trying their hardest to wait on their customers plus they had to bus their own tables. My party, and ever party that came in after me until about 1:15, had to stand and wait for the server to clean it off and sanitize it before we could sit, then wait for the server to come back and take our order. Management really needs to hire a busboy during the lunch rush so the servers can properly take care of their customers.
