The food was DELICIOUS The atmosphere and staff were delightful. We had a medium regular stromboli, a cheese steak sub, and a buffalo chicken sub. The sauce for the stromboli was awesome. It was so cheesy, it lacked a bit with the ham and pepperoni BUT, the quality of food was delicious. I know prices have skyrocketed so that doesn't really matter to me. The subs were tasty and delicious. This is the first time at this location and I will definitely return. The pasta dishes and salads I saw other patrons order, we're humongous, and they looked so tasty. Great job!
First I'd like to say that the waitress was great. Her and maybe the hostess or other waitress. Very interactive and friendly to all the guests. It was Father's Day, so the service was a little slow. And the place was lively with guests. Not packed, but a good number of people. Now the pizza was ok. It's not the best and not the worst. Was good that I'd probably eat there over and over if I lived in Glenville. It may be the only pizza place for miles. The other food looked good. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The place was very nice. There were too many people to take pictures, so I just got menu photos. I forgot to snap a photo of our meal.
An Italian TREASURE in a farming community! Top ten "Best Italian restaurants" in my book. Homemade sub rolls, great flavors, plenty of parking (mid day) for a commercial vehicle like mine, super clean, and it's obvious someone takes pride in what they do. Would I drive a few hours just to eat at this place again?.... probably!
I stopped in here to eat on a motorcycle trip. I'm glad I did. The pizza was excellent, I had a medium extra cheese. Couldn't finish the whole thing, so it's going to take a ride on the bike. The staff are attentive, friendly, and have a sense of humor. The radio playing over the house speakers is at the perfect volume to cover other tables' conversations, but not drown out my own thoughts. Next time I travel through, I'll stop by again!
A beautiful place inside and the service was great. The BBQ chicken pizza was excellent. The chicken on it was made to order like the rest of it. Highly recommend!
My friend Bobby and I had lunch to catch up on a Sunday to talk football. Food was good. Great service. Rachel was our waitress. She was excellent. They had an excellent cook in the past, but I haven't seen her there for awhile. Hopefully she's still there or will be returning.
I travel a lot to the States for work. Usually the big cities. I was in this area for vacation with my wife and aunt. I can honestly say this was one of the best pizzas maybe even the best I've ever had in the US. Freshly made, hot with fresh ingredients. Not that reheated stuff that you usually get in NY and such. Really really good. Would definitely go again if I was in the area.
Absolutely phenomenal experience here tonight. My family and I traveled out to East Juniata High School for my cousin's graduation (he did a sick cartwheel on the stage by the way), and we had no where else to go for the night (it was about 8:00 pm when we arrived), so we ate at this OIP just down the road, and even though we had just an hour to eat, our waitress Rachel was highly understanding and was really nice about it. We had ordered, and the rest of our party of about 10 people finally came in 25 minutes later. We had really good food, and Rachel was still kind despite the fact that we finished up at 9:40, way after the time they were supposed to close, so kudos to Rachel and our cook for serving late and offering great assistance. After dinner, I looked around the restaurant, and I must say they have beautiful decor such as their fake plants and that beautiful painting in the hallway leading to the kitchen. 10/5, highly recommended.
