Very friendly environment and awesome food. I really like the wooden stove baked pizza. You have lot of options to choose from. Dinner time was bit busy, however it is definitely worth the wait!!
Break free from the chains of the hut, dimpled blocks, and the Emperor. Embrace freedom of creativity, wood oven and great service. From Hot Hiwaiian, to Mr Potato head (our favorite), Chrizo pie, the creativity and perfection will beckon you from downtown to Red Bank.
We are from FL and wanted a local restaurant away from DT Chattanooga. This place was amazing! The owner and staff were all happy and helpful! The owner recommended her version of her homemade focaccia bread for an appetizer and it was so good! The pizza was great. On Sundays she has a special and today she had her homemade pork egg rolls and they were the best we’ve ever had on the east coast!!! This place is fantastic!
I enjoyed the Pizza very much. I enjoyed. The crust is thin. crust had good caramelization… that little char always helps. The only disappointing thing is I can tell the sauce has a little bit of bell pepper. Bell peppers are not a bad thing unless you’re my stomach, other than that I would definitely recommend this place to sit down. Eat some pizza and chill out. good folks good environment.
Great atmosphere, GREATER service, ok food. I ordered the Sriracha Mayo wings and the Hot Hawaiian pizza. I absolutely love the fact that they have menu items I’ve never seen before, like Brussel sprouts on pizza. May try that one sometime. The pizza has fantastic ingredients on it, no question about that at all. But quite undercooked for my taste and very watery on the middle. Not greasy, watery. I couldn’t pick it up one handed without everything falling off. The wings were EXTREMELY hot, that’s thanks to great service. No waiting on them, fresh from the kitchen. However, the sriracha mayo was mayo heavy. I didn’t get. I much hint of sriracha. The wings themselves were great but wish I’d gotten a different flavor. The atmosphere and service was so solid, I wanna come back and try it again.
Very good Pizza and Service! First time here as I had a gift card but won't be the last. Pizza reminds me of the type I've had in Southern Italy. Thin / Charred / fresh ingredients. It's nice to get a pie that isn't all bread. Certainly better than the chains and probably the best pizza in Chattanooga outpacing the folks downtown. The wood burning oven is a nice conversation piece and is either from Italy or a very good replica. Clearly someone has trained the kitchen staff well as my pizza was quite good. Wait staff is quite kind. But the real standout other than the pie was someone who I will call, "The Floor General." The Floor General must be the owner or a long time manager (who has personal funds at stake) because when she arrived the staff went from a 7 to a Firm 10. Things were quicker / sharper / better. She made the place hum. If every restaurant in town had a version of her no one would eat at home.
Had lunch here this past Tuesday. Everything was perfect. Jackson was our server. He was so welcoming and really made us want to come back. Thai pizza tasted like bbq sauce, not peanuts and was too salty for me, but it wasn’t bad! I would recommend something different, but it could just be me! My bf’s Hawaiian pizza was excellent though! Open kitchen w friendly employees. Burrata is a must. We will def be back to try something different. Tiramisu was the best I have ever had. Overall this is a fantastic spot! Give it a try!
Loved their strawberry basil burrata, and their secret menu item, “the lasagna pizza” and their hot chick pizza with a side of ranch. Their ranch is really good. Will definitely be back.
