Recently moved into the area and so far, after trying 3 different places, my wife and I have discovered that Sal's has some of the best pizza... We are originally from the NYC area, so we've got plenty of pizza (tasting) experience. Sauce to cheese ratio was great, and the sauce wasn't sweet, but savory as it should be!
This place knows how to make pizza's! Picked up 4 large pizza's and it did not disappoint. Fresh, perfect crust, tasteful. Well done!
Every time I'm in the area I make sure to come here, no matter what. No matter how much time passes or who runs the place, it has stayed my favorite pizza. Never disappoints!
Best hoagies in Freeland! Pictures only include half the sandwiches because we couldn’t wait to start eating.
First time customer but count on us being regulars! 1. Ordered take out and the two team members I spoke to were super nice and friendly 2. Food was ready timely / quick 3. Portions were MASSIVE 4. Food was delicious (I never finish my food and I ate my entire salad ). My husband, super picky eater, also loved his food. If you haven't eaten here - give it a try.
Staff is always friendly and attentive! There's a big selection of soft drinks and beer and a TouchTunes juke box. Traditional pizzeria menu. No deep fryer. Quaint, clean, relaxed atmosphere. My biggest knock on the food would be that they use baked pizza dough as a hoagie roll rather than fresh bread. It's not terrible, per se, it's just not what most are expecting.
Had a miscommunication on an Oder and they were very willing to make us happy customers. Our food was excellent and the customer service even better. Highly recommended.
Delicious Food. The Staff And Ownership Welcome You And Provide A Freindly And Enjoyable Atmosphere.
