The Safari Pizza Co, Pizzeria And Wine Bar

Such a lovely experience! We visited today & they welcomed us & our dog; we went for a nice table in the window. They had a great lunchtime deal - pizza & a drink for £12, or pizza and an alcoholic drink for £15. I went for a vegan pizza, with vegan cheese, mushrooms, olives & sun-dried tomato. It was absolutely delicious, and the waiter (tall, dark-haired guy), couldn't have been lovelier! Thoroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic evening here! The staff were incredibly kind and Daisy (our waitress) was on point and fabulous! We were a table of 14 celebrating 2 birthdays and they were brilliant! No food mix ups (which for a table as large as ours you'd kind of expect something like that) they accommodated us bringing balloons and cake and even took group photo's for us! We couldn't have been happier with every aspect of the evening!!! Definitely a little gem of a restaurant with fantastic staff! The atmosphere was wonderful and we will 100% be back!!!

I wish I could rate this establishment 6 stars. I went on a busy Friday in late November, with a group of 4, for dinner. The establishment has a great atmosphere, with remarkable interior design and decorating. Additionally, the open kitchen atmosphere makes the restaurant feel homey, and combines to create a unique experience that cannot be replicated. The restaurant was packed, and rightfully so! However, this was not even noticeable in the service, as the service was that of an empty restaurant, with waiters constantly checking in and recommending options. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious! A special thanks to all the staff, the hardworking, talented chefs behind the scenes, and the charismatic waiters. I will be coming back soon!

We took our daughter and nine of her friends (all aged 5 and 6) for her birthday party today — and wow, what an incredible morning! From start to finish, the service was absolutely first-class. Daisy and Kate were simply brilliant — full of energy, patience, and fun. They managed to keep ten excited, pizza-loving kids fully engaged, teaching them how to make their own pizzas while keeping everyone smiling and laughing the whole time. The pizzas themselves were not only huge but absolutely delicious! Every child (and parent!) went home happy and full. A super-massive thank you to Daisy and Kate for making our daughter’s birthday so special. It was a wonderful, memory-making morning we’ll never forget. Outstanding service, fantastic food, and brilliant staff — 10/10, A***** experience!

I tried the Serengeti and it was really delicious. We went for a late lunch between rush shifts, they were friendly and the food was delicious. They didn't have the beer we wanted, but everything else was fine, even the garlic and chilli oil. (07/10/2025)

Oh my goodness what a delightful place this was. Staff were delightful, food was delightful, drinks were delightful, even the very reasonable price was delightful! I’ve included a photo of the entrance so you can see that there’s a tiny little step to get in but you could definitely get most wheelchairs over it. The food was absolutely delicious. I finally got round to trying burrata for the first time in my life and it was so good!!!!! They also have gluten free bases available as well as lots of vegan options and staff were sure to double check our dietary requirements. Oh! And they brought us tap water without even asking, it was lovely!

Quick, tasty and popular. The honey badger is amazing especially if you love goats cheese. If not the calzone is just as amazing.
