Came here on a Saturday night with a couple of friends and had a good time. It’s a very small and cozy bar with reasonably priced drinks. There was a pinball machine and a couple of dart boards for entertainment. They did not accept credit cards.
This place is an experience! It looks and feels like a house converted into a bar. Imagine going to a very good friend of yours house and watching the game while getting absolutely drunk off your butt. Many of the beers are served in cans (as opposed to bottles or in tap) which feels unheard of for a bar. It is a full-service bar so there's plenty of liquor to be had as well, but don't expect high-end Liquors or fancy drinks. The atmosphere is just like going to a house bar/man cave of an acquaintance. The bar space is small , tight, closed in... It can easily get crowded. The bathrooms are small too, but... the saving grace... The drink prices are also small.
Great prices for strong drinks. Open 365 days a year. Don’t trust google hours
Cash Only which I respect but don't necessarily like. Decent patio with some TVs and an outside bar top. The exterior could use a little upkeep. Umbrellas at tables looked comfortable. Great oval bar inside. I should have checked out the restroom but very uncharacteristically did not have to go...Stools were comfortable and in good condition. It was nice and dark on a Tuesday afternoon at 430. Lots of interesting wall decor. Typical touch tunes system....some dude named Chris was playing some good nusic. Dart setup is 2 electronic boards but no steel tips...which is okay because dart lanes are right inside the front door. They had Pabst in tall cans which would only be better if in long necks. There were a host of regulars that didn't make me feel like I was going to get stabbed. I stayed for 2 beers and will go back.
Best dive bar in the area. Cheap, yet strong, drinks! Gets super busy late on the weekends. Wide variety of patrons, but mostly 20 somethings lately. The covered patio is nice when the weather is warm.
Nice place nice drink might need to bring your designated driver
MacDiggers is the kind of spot you almost don’t want to tell people about—because part of its magic is that it feels like your own secret. Tucked away off the beaten path, this little cash-only gem delivers everything you hope for in a hole-in-the-wall bar: dirt-cheap drinks, a warm atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. The bartenders here are genuinely kind, quick with a pour, and even quicker with a smile or a joke. The crowd is relaxed, the music’s never too loud to talk, and the whole place hums with the kind of laid-back, friendly energy that’s hard to find these days. It’s unpretentious, welcoming, and somehow manages to feel both lively and comfortable at the same time. MacDiggers nails the basics: cold drinks, fair prices, and a vibe that keeps you staying for “just one more.”
Becoming one of my favorite places to go out to! Normally Chelsey, the bartender, is there but tonight they had a different bartender. A nice elderly woman who was kind and sweet. I started playing music on the juke box/touch tunes and had patrons singing songs they haven't heard in years. Lots of fun playing darts and messing around with the punching bag game. Great service, very well made drinks and the vibe was perfect! I'll be back many times in the near future.
