Nice quiet bar off the strip of downtown Worthington. My poker league does the final table in the back man room. We bring pizzas and drink a ton and have a great time. The service is always awesome. I can’t remember the guys name, but he’s skinny with a mustache. Dude always takes care of us. We will be back!
Awesome pub. They don't have a kitchen but the bartender will happily give you a menu for Pizza Primo and call in your order for you and simply add it to your tab. Five star little dive bar.
** 10/10 recommend!! ** We visited The Pub Out Back this evening, for the very first time. From the moment we entered, my service dog and I were greeted warmly by staff and regulars, alike! The service was exceptional (i.e. Argus Elwood received several treats, ear rubs, back scratches, and luvins from all) and the quality and prices were excellent! I'll be visiting this friendly neighborhood pub whenever I'm in the area! ** 10/10 recommend!! **
Our league meets at Pub Out Back once a year. Its an event everyone looks forward to as it is always a great time. Shout out to Dave for being an awesome bartender for us 5 years now!
We love coming here. It's great getting to kick back with neighbors and others in the community. It's a fun place to watch football, have a few drinks, and unwind. We can even bring our own food in. Drinks are reasonable and David is always great to us.
A great, friendly place where the owners charge reasonable prices for the drinks and the pours are generous. All of the bar personnel have been exceptional in the two years I have been going. Slightly off the beaten path but still easy to find.
I went to The Pub Out Back after a walk through the Worthington Art Festival last weekend. What a nice little bar off the beaten path! Really clean place with a tiny patio out front. I'm close to 60 and I don't remember EVER being in a cleaner men's room in a bar anywhere? Seriously guys. My companion for that day's libations concurred regarding the ladies room. Small looking place when you first walk in but there's another room in the back. Several TVs for sports viewing, good selection of drafts, (I'm a beer guy) and a full bar, of course. Dave was behind the bar that Saturday. He was friendly and attentive. If I lived "out front" I'm sure I'd be a regular.
Friday night. The place was packed but friendly fast service. My first visit but it seems like the kind of place where everyone knows your name.
