I’ve been eating at this restaurant for 11 years and I have to say that the service has always been fast and friendly, I have never had a dissatisfaction in the food portions or quality and I still can not believe to this day, how fast the food comes out of that kitchen!! I have shared the experience with many friends, family and co-workers and they have come from corvallis, Albany, Sweethome and Salem just to experience the wonderful service and food that the Apple Tree has!! Thank all of you for the continued wonderful atmosphere and service. All of these employees are hard working and hustle to provide that level of service. John & Christelle
This is my moms new favorite place to go for lunch. I’m a picky eater when eating out, but this is one place I can go and get a good omelette. The customer service has been exceptional. Even when they are busy, I am amazed at how fast the food comes out. We will be back
I don't know that I've been to many places, with kinder people. The food was really good, but the best part, was observing the care taken by staff members, looking after an elderly gentleman sitting on his own. The food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and very nice. Had a wonderful experience Loved the British burger and claim chowder. It was an old fashion hamburger. All the wait staff were friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Family of 5-20 people who live from Lebanon to Salem (which are at least 30 miles away from each other) gather together regularly to dine, converse, and laugh at Appletree restaurant because it has delicious food, plenty of room, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The attached lounge is also very nice and has billiards, a jukebox, and plenty more seating.
What a wonderful small-town feel and a wonderfully priced menu that seems to be specifically designed for its locals. The adult plates are reasonably priced and are large servings. The kids menu is so darn cheap it doesn’t scare me to come back and eat as a family again. We even saw some of our kids friends there when we came. We’re already in love with this restaurant. The waitress was great, I even saw her go out of the way to retrieve someone’s keys that had fallen into the dinner tables. The host was super nice, she returned my wife’s phone which she left in the bathroom (she was busy with the kids). 10/10
My bf and I stopped in for lunch on our way through town and I can say it was ABSOLUTELY worth the stop! We got a club sandwich and French dip to split and each of us was hoping the other didn't want their half because of how good our sandwiches were. We will for sure be coming back the next time we're in the area.
Appletree restaurant is a cozy, old fashioned restaurant with lots of regulars. The breakfast is delicious and they have many options to choose from. I was most delighted by the perfectly fluffy pancake and quality syrup. The hash browns were also made to perfection. I will definitely be back.
Very nice cafe. Food was good. Pie was amazing. The menu was large with lits of options. Service was not great but it could have been just the server we had. I expect there are better more attentive servers.
