The "Southern Gold" (or something like that) was one of the best foods I've ever had. Chicken breast filled with seafood stuffing, fried, and topped with crayfish sauce. Absolutely stupendous. The red beans and the greens were also great sides. The eggplant parmesan was good too, but that sort of thing can be found just about anywhere. No points off, I'd just say that the Italian stuff isn't their specialty. Go for the Southern food and you'll probably be exceptionally happy.

Delicious food and awesome service. I am with SMJ Plumbing. We made a city sewer repair basically on their front stoop and they never complained once. The servers even checked on us to see if we needs drinks periodically. Awesome staff. Pictures of food weren't taken on this phone, but here is an idea of what the job was. A 6' deep trench dug and piled in front of the business until removed the following day. Obviously we kept access as clean as possible. We have done work for business directly and been treated far with far less pleasantly. Thanks again for your patience.

Me and my friends came through town and stopped here. The atmosphere here is so soft and comforting, and the service is AMAZING. We are from out of town and Lissette was so kind and her energy is out of this world. A few of my friends have food allergies and she was so so patient and sat down with us to go over things that would be safe for them. I cannot thank you guys enough for the amazing and unforgettable experience here!!

First time in Nola. Drove from Kansas City and this was the first place we found near our hotel; boy am I glad we did!! Staff was friendly and interactive before we even walked in the door. Food was phenomenal!! Good portions too

Had a wonderful first meal at Bonnie C's the other night for Lundi Gras! Staff was very friendly and attentive too. Their special, red beans and rice with a corn muffin and porkchop was spectacular and very moderately priced! My friend got the chicken tenders and was also very pleased with how fresh they tasted with good seasoning as well. Chocolate cake for dessert was the cherry on top! So glad to have finally found a good restaurant on the north shore after many mediocre experiences elsewhere! Will be returning!!

Excellent service and friendly staff. They have great food and will make sure your tummy is full. Their portions are large. My server, Aaliyah, was our server and she was incredible. Make sure you dine in.

My brother and his husband brought me to this little gem on New Year’s Eve. It was my first time here and I LOVED the decor, service and food. They offer daily specials and you will not be disappointed. They even had Barq’s Root Beer in a bottle.
