Connie AB’s is my go to restaurant when I am in Montgomery! Today I had a vegetable platter with lima beans, candied yams, and the most delicious cabbage ever. Her cornbread is outstanding! Awesome customer service.
The food is delicious and the staff are friendly/down to earth...I don't mind spending my money where I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and not rushed to make a selection...which is hard for me because I want EVERYTHING on the menu...Keep up the good work... If you don't know about "Connie B's Kitchen"...just ask me!
Best Soul Food In The City You Want Be Disappointed
Everything seemed all right but I couldn't find the macaroni and cheese
I ordered oxtails, mac and cheese,cabbages and peach cobbler through Waitr. The meat was well seasoned and tender.The macaroni had a nice texture and flavor.The cabbages were amazing . The PEACH COBBLER ..someone had to lose a limb..because they put their foot in it! I'm not a huge fan of soul food but will definitely keep this place in mind.
My husband brought me a plate home from here last week. It was so..... delicious! I've been thinking about visiting this place every since! I'm buying my lunch from there tomorrow!

Hi folks , Your bus driver for you. Well folks went to Connie B , for the first time. And my eyes just about popped out for the beautiful food I saw that she has. It's been a long time since i've seen turkey wings , collard green , candy yams cornbread, all the good down home cooking and taste . And the price is right. I tell you if you don't have a lot of time and want some good food. This is definitely the place to go in Montgomery Alabama. You will not be sorry the people are friendly. The owner's nice. I will definitely be back.
