Friendly. Delicious. Great vibe. I do feel like dining inside outer space in far far away galaxy. I went there in a Wednesday night without reservation. When we left, it's almost packed, and it just a normal Wednesday night. Great experience to have fusion fine dining style for tasting menu. My only complaints is-- I was so full after tasting menu, and I hope they can leave the 1st course bread on the table until it finished, because the butter and spice is so good, but I know if I eat the whole thing at the beginning, I will feel full after trout. Everything and everyone is awesome. Love it.

On a wet and windy evening it was wonderful to have dinner at Cosmos. Fabulous cocktails (recommend the negroni and the margarita). Delicious food, presenting classic Bulgarian dishes with a twist. Recommend the tarama, the kalzotina and the stefani roll. The Bulgarian rose dessert is an entertaining end. Thank you to our brilliant waiter Simon who made our evening. We went for brunch but surely coming back for dinner! Everything is top-notch - from the food presentation and taste to the service itself. The staff was very kind and attentive!

I visited Cosmos with my wife during our winter holiday in Sofia with high expectations. I can say that everything exceeded our expectations from the well-done upscaled dishes to the great service by the great host, Alexandere , who took good care of us and was so kind and professional. We will definitely come back to Cosmos in our next visit and would recommend it to anyone who will visit Sofia.

What a lovely, cosmic experience! I have indulged in numerous culinary experiences of this sort across the globe and I am very excited to have found one in Sofia! The food is absolutely delicious. We opted for the sampling menu and it did not disappoint. Every bite was authentic and bursting with flavor and the service was outstanding. The Rakia Mary is where it’s at, although I think Rakia Maria would be a more authentic name :)

Excellent refined Bulgarian fusion that could level up with a bit more consistency in dishes. Some dishes like all their desserts and the Tarama and special butter appetizer were out of this world. The entrees were above average but not at the level of price and restaurant - the Kavarma and Stefani roll left some desires - kavarma was unexpectedly a giant meatball like chunk with decent sauce and flavors but nothing special. Stefani could have used the traditional egg whole in it but it was missing or mixed into the ground meat or something. Still good and worthwhile but for the price and class of restaurant we expected more. Venison was great but pretty standard - decent price for good venison though so no complaints there. Desserts were definitely the highlight. Order them all. Perhaps come for just the desserts. The banitza and boza was a creative phenomenal spin on the classic. I would buy a pint of the boza - it was actually an ice cream boza which I’ve never experienced and it worked perfectly with the dessert twist on banitza. Overall if you want a fancy creative Bulgarian twist and have the wallet, come here and hit the desserts hard, but expect some hit and misses on entrees and apps.

Have you ever tried space cuisine? This is the closest you'll get. It's a modern fusion of the traditional Bulgarian restaurant. The food is without a doubt excellent and the service is outstanding. But some how the atmosphere is not quite 5 star yet. You should not miss the opportunity to dine there. You will thank me later.

Absolutely loved my visit to Cosmos! From start to finish everything was exceptional — the food, the quality of ingredients, and especially the presentation were outstanding. Each dish felt like a piece of art, thoughtfully composed and bursting with flavour. The creative modern take on Bulgarian cuisine really shines here, blending tradition with innovation beautifully. Ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and were treated with clear passion and skill. The atmosphere is stylish and inviting, perfect for a special night out. Highly recommend Cosmos to anyone looking for a memorable fine-dining experience in Sofia — I’ll definitely be back!
