Cosy inside but multiple floors of the restaurant. Food was great mostly focused on all day breakfast but some nice lunch options too and the cream teas looked excellent. Plus a variety of burgers. Location is excellent just opposite the cathedral.

Excellent for gluten free. There's a sign outside that says 95% of the menu can be made gluten free which looks like it includes fish & chips, fried breakfasts, all burgers, brunch eggs, omelettes, cream tea, salads, chips, cheesecakes and cakes (from the menu, it looks like they just can't do gluten free paninis, falafel and eggs karlito). They do a vegetarian and vegan fried breakfast, vegan sausage bap, vegan bean burger, vegan falafel panini, vegan cream tea, dairy-free omelettes, dairy free cheesecakes and cakes. For some reason I didnt expect much from this place (maybe the menu looks outdated and long) but the halloumi burger was fantastic, the whole group were impressed, the staff were great and people were queuing out the door to get in! I would definitely go again.

Found this place by chance and I'm glad we did. It was lovely to sit outside and have the beautiful scenery around. Food was amazing and so was the staff. Food came out quick and tasted very good. My parents were happy to find somewhere that had omelettes and my little one enjoyed his sandwich and chips very much. Definitely worth going here for lunch. You won't be disappointed.

Second time visiting this lovely little place looking over the catheridal green. The first time I tried the breakfast and the second time we had lunch and both occasions, the food was well presented, good portion sizes, and very tasty. I have to say the hot chocolate is one of the best ones I've ever had. It has seating outside and inside with an upstairs too. Staff are friendly. Would recommend visiting

Visiting Exeter from West Sussex. Discovered this lovely place by accident, looking for a nice coffee while visiting the Christmas market but very expensive there, wandered around to see this cafe. Luckily a few tables available for myself, service was very quick, food was tasty and the mocha lush & beautifully presented. I will certainly be back here when next in Exeter!

We enjoyed the location next to the Cathedral and the food- especially the plentiful gluten free options and iced tea. Sit by the light pole if you want shade outside and there are no more umbrella tables. The chips/fries were excellent! My husband enjoyed the chicken sandwich. We were amused that you can add alcohol to the smoothies.
