Hands down, the best truck in the country! They even have armor all on their tires. I will fly from jersey in the morning to eat here at lunch! Thanks!!!
Best tacos, hands down! Tortillas are handmade on the foodtruck and everything is fresh and made to order. Fish, shrimp, and steak tacos, nachos, ceviche, quesadillas, and shrimp cocktail!
Last night I attended my bfs company party and El Zarandiao catered the event and it was the talk of the night. We both LOVED the mahi mahi tacos, asada tacos and flan. They were sooo good I shamelessly took some home. I can’t wait to visit the site and try their ceviche. Additionally, they are so efficient and hospitable. Food came out quickly without compromising quality. After the huge rush I got the pleasure of speaking to the Staff and it was a highlight for sure. This is the first stop I’m making when I have my mom come and visit me! They did tell me to call ahead to ensure they’ll be onsite that day. With food of this magnitude I can imagine they’re consistently booked for events. Muchas gracias!!!
We came all the way here from the Washington coast and this is the best seafood taco I've ever had. The girl taking orders is a sweetheart as well.

Fresh ingredients and a ton of flavor help make the food amazing. The staff is excellent, and the atmosphere they foster makes you want to return again and again. If you have a chance, drop by and taste the award-winning shrimp tacos at El Zarandio located at 15200 E COLFAX AVE.
It's hard to find a Mexican food truck for a pescetarian like me so this was probably one of my few options on the Colfax/Chambers block of food trucks that I can eat. Not only did this food truck check my food preferences list, their food blew me away. Their tacos are mouthwatering and delicious (kiss the chef). I can't wait to come back again.
Amazing home corn tortillas! Made me feel like I was in México eating fresh tortillas. Try the secret taco (streak and shrimp)…absolutely amazing!!!!!!
