Had the cod and baked potato, food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Service was excellent and all the girls and customers were great
Stopped in for lunch after dropping off a combine monitor to be fixed up the road. I has the country fried steak and it was seasoned perfectly! My husband had the Biscuits and gravy, again excellent! I’m looking forward to stopping back in when we return to pick up our parts.
The Iron Kettle is worth the drive. They have a good menu and if you like Breaded Pork Tenderloins you will like theirs.
If you want delicious homemade food served by super friendly ladies surrounded by locals who appreciate their little restaurant, this is your place! Thursday and Friday nights, they have a grouper dinner for $13. Everything on that plate was delicious. Everything going to other tables looked delicious. This is the kind of restaurant that we have all missed. This is a gem!
When I walked into the restaurant I was thinking one of the Iron Kettle’s great breaded tenderloin sandwiches, but once I saw the Special Board with a Ham Salad sandwich my mind was fairly well made up. After inquiring with my server if the Ham Salad is made from scratch or like so many places container distributor supplied and found out it is made from scratch I was sold. Perfect light lunch for a hot sunny day of yard work. Always a good experience from the food to the service at the Iron Kettle. Nothing beats independently owned, operated and fresh made ever!
We had Homestyle cooking. Very large proportions. Had the lemon icebox cake for dessert which was delicious. Had great service. Never had to wait for drink refills.
Loving the new look! Great place for a meal! Love their food, especially their breakfast menu is amazing. Water has a bit of a sulfuric taste, so if you like that kinda thing definitely worth a visit, if not they always got lemon packets to use! Family friendly and definitely worth a visit
Always a favorite local place. Never had a bad meal here. The Friday grouper fish is absolutely amazing. Morning breakfast is always good. Anything you order is hot and delivered with a smile. This is a go to place for me when im in the area and hungry.
