The most memorable dinner! The service and hospitality of the staff was unlike anywhere I have ever been. They were so welcoming and so kind. AMAZING!!! We had such an amazing meal, it was packed but staff were attentive, chatty and caring. The food and the people were incredible. Mikaelis was a fantastic server!! Everyone was super friendly and it has made for a very memorable evening. Definitely one to go to if you’re in Agios Nikolaos.

Visited on a national holiday and despite the rush, this place had a queue while nearby restaurants were nearly empty, clearly a local gem. We waited just 10 minutes, and the owner personally managed the line with fairness and care. No skipping, no confusion, just respectful organization. Once seated, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even with the crowd, they never rushed us. The menu was full of delicious local dishes with plenty of variety. Portions were huge for us, but everything was fresh and flavorful. What stood out most was the atmosphere—warm, relaxed, and clearly loved by locals. We left full, happy, and already planning to return. Highly recommended. If you see a queue, don’t worry—it’s absolutely worth it!

Authentic food, large portions, reasonable prices and friendly quick service. We enjoyed a lovely lunch here. The menu is large and if we had time I would have loved to go again to try more items. The squid & zucchini had an amazing black garlic sauce - so delicious! The fried cheese with honey was hot, crispy and gooey. Highly recommended!

This restaurant deserves the hype. The food is excellent, the service is very fast, even when the restaurant is packed. However, what I truly disliked was the constant cigarette smoke that I sensed during the whole dinner. Being a terrace, smoking is allowed, but since the tables are so close one to another, it feels like your neighbor is blowing the smoke straight to your nose. This really made the experience not so enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience every time we visited. The food was consistently delicious, always served quickly and beautifully prepared. The service was outstanding — the owner was incredibly kind, always checking in with us, offering great local recommendations, and making us feel right at home. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Truly a wonderful local spot for great food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing. Very well priced plates with complex and rich flavours. After trying about 10 dishes, everything was absolutely delicious : fried calamaries, Moussaka croquettes, grilled octopus, amazingly tender veal stew, flavourful apaki, etc. Without mentioning the free appetizers and delicious desserts. It would be a mistake not to try this restaurant. I wish the owners would open a restaurant like this in Montreal - I would go all the time! Furthermore, the staff was great with kids and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant is busy, but everything is perfectly orchestrated to be efficient and service is spot on. My boyfriend has travelled in over 50 countries in his life, eating in many different kinds of restaurants along the way, and this is now his favorite restaurant! Thank you so much for the memorable experience and compliments to the chef!

Situated by the lake. Nice bright furniture. Best of all the food was excellent. Squid and octopus fresh and tasty and very large plateful of food. Prices average and good friendly service. A must to visit at least once when in Ag Nik
