Great taste, awesome service and location. The price may seem a tad higher considering the amount of alternatives nearby, but the portions are plentiful and it has a very traditional "grandma's cooking" flavor you don't find often. Wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great please to have breakfast before starting your day in Monterey. Chilaquiles ejecutivos are filling. Pan dulce con café igual de recomendados.

Consistently delicious food, a great cozy atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. Only downside is there's no sound proofing. If you go when it's full it's hard to maintain a conversation because it's so loud inside.

Enjoyed a delicious meal here. The beef soup was flavorful and the meat was quite easy to chew. The beef taco were delicious. However, the enchiladas suizas are tasteless. Fruit juices were excellent as well

I had Machado with eggs, which is a tradition dish in Monterrey. It was delicious . Fresh made tortillas, and the coffee . Plenty to choose from the menu. And the best part is that it opens at 7am .

I visited on my birthday and told the waitress. The whole staff came to sing me happy birthday and they gave me a piece of strawberry cheesecake with a candle. Coffee here is good and food is traditional.

Food was ok. Service not good....they are not like other better restaurants that ask you if you need coffee refills
