Wooow woow wowww Best falafel/ Sabich / Shawarma spot in Montreal!! Ambiance super welcoming super friendly and just a crazy awesome vibe !! I got lunch for the entire family The falafel pitas were frkn incredible! So jammed packed they make the pitas with laffa bread it’s thicker and super soft and fluffy wow yum and just super filling The shawarma had amazing flavour reminds me of my homeland ! The sabich… (vegetarian) mmmmm again they jam packed my pita sandwich with the traditional eggs / eggplant / tchina hummus sauce harif ( spicy sauce) pickles red cabbage I swear it was the best sabich I had since I’ve been to Israel! This is going to be my go to for sure! EVERYTHING is FRESH!!! Made on the spot so it takes a dew minutes to get your order if you don’t want to wait maybe order ahead… but it’s sooo worth the wait it’s super mouthwatering everything The hummus was creammy delishhhh wow Shawarma hands down one of the best in the city! And let me add it was kosher ! Super authentic and they really are generous with the portion size vs price Overall, super happy I found this new found gem can’t wait to be back here soon Totally recommend!! Cheers!
I don’t like falafel but I love *this* falafel. Very fresh and best pita I ever had. My only feedback is to include more bread with the plate. It’s too much food to eat with one pita.
The falafel is pretty good. The chips is bad, they warm up in oil previously fried chips. The esthetics of the place us very bad, not clean.
We went with my husband, and it was such a treat! I had the falafel, he had the shawarma — both were absolutely delicious. Everything tasted so fresh, the portions were generous, and the service came with a genuine smile. The prices are more than fair for the quality. A cozy, welcoming spot I’d happily recommend to anyone!
There are very few, really good, Israeli falafel restaurants in Montreal. This one is the one you should go to. Driving by on Decarie Boulevard, it's really easy to miss. We stopped by for a quick bite for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the freshness, quick service, and hospitality of the staff. It's very small with only 3 tables for 2 inside and a few counter stools and 2 picnic tables outside. We ordered 2 falafel sandwiches. Each thick pita was filled with my choice of hummus, Israeli salad, marinated cabbage salad, fried eggplant, and, of course, the soft warm falafel balls. Wow, wow, wow! Delicious. Oh yeah, they have Cott Black Cherry to wash it all down.
The sabich was 6 stars very good loved the food and felt like I was in the holy land will definitely be back
Fresh and delicious food! I have never tasted the hummus any better! Staff is really courteous and welcoming. The portion sizes are decent and the staff doesn’t shy from adding an extra thing or two. Owner was very kind in quickly arranging the outdoor tables for us to use even though we reached right at the store opening time. All in all 5 stars!
